Based on the Zoom PASS sessions which I participated, what I liked most is:

Answer our question well and clearly

In depth understanding of all topics, was able to clarify certain concepts that other lecturers struggled to explain.

Find it very comfortable to ask questions and with clear answers.

Zeng is very patient and explains things very clearly and slowly

Zeng can explain a question in a much easier way for us to understand

Feedback from academic staff

• PASS gives students individual attention that they don't get in a crowded classroom.

• PASS also revised and strengthen certain topics with students.

• Provides an extra avenue of support for the students in particular those who are late in enrolling or who have missed classes through illness.

• Very keen to help students. Offer to help in other ways, e.g. make videos.

• Could see the difference in students performance when we have PASS

• Leaders able to support individual needs and keep them on track of

their learning.
