Correspondence: Association mailouts, receipt for registrations, Thompsons pies, Hart sports catalogue.
Treasurer's report : payments: Anne $50 for Zone security fee, $110 for regional shirts and programs
Thompsons pies to be paid
$25 to Central Coast Zone for regional qualifiers (instead of entry fee a $5 levy per athlete)
Make out $55 cheque including shirt/program to be paid Balance in account: $7,696.31
Delegate reports:
Zone meeting: held 6/2/14. Zone coordinator nominations need to be in by 28th Feb, present zone co will not be standing for election. Regionals 22-23rd Feb- first 2 to State and next best 8 from all regions. Check State programs a days for events are different.

Aiming for presentation on last weekend of season which will be 29th March
Consider Committee for next season and nominations to be put in- usually hold AGM 2nd Tuesday May or should we look at this being changed in the future to Presentation Day. Will need to book bowling club for meetings out of season including AGM
