Second, this project helps me to develop a network with inside the organization and outside the organization. This to certify that Sadik Mohaimeen, ID program MBA, major in Digital Marketing is a regular student of Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Business and Entrepreneurship, Daffodil International University. His assigned internship topic was "Analysis of Marketing Activities of Akash Technology Ltd." I think that the report is worthy of fulfilling the partial requirements of the MBA program.

I am thankful to Akash Technology Ltd for the opportunity to complete the report and complete my internship. One student is required to complete a three-month internship as part of the MBA curriculum at Daffodil International University to gain real-world business experience. The objective of this report is to provide the readers with a thorough insight into the general operating procedures of the marketing department and how various events are planned.

To identify the target market of Akash Technology – To analyze the marketing mix of Akash Technology – To illustrate my activities in "Akash Technology Ltd". The marketing and sales department of Akash Technology Ltd has various duties which are presented in this report. Although it was not easy to dive deep into Akash Technology Limited, as a permanent employee I arranged effective strategy and events Akash Technology dose for consumers.

In the Vehicle Tracking System (VTS) market, Akash Technology Ltd is one of the well-known spatial service providers in the business world.

TRACKING SYSTEM

Real-time tracking 24/7 - With the help of Akash TracMe, the owner can track his vehicle anytime, anywhere. Every twenty seconds (adjustable), the owner can see the last position of his vehicle on Google Maps via the Akash TrackMe application or the Internet. The vehicle owner can also view the vehicle movement history at AKASH TECHNOLOGY LTD Ltd.

Emergency engine blocking (with consent) - In case of vehicle theft, the owner can block or lock the vehicle's engine. We will block the engine when the speed is the lowest and the chance of an accident is small.. If for any reason the vehicle crosses the selected area, the owner will receive a notification and an alarm or SMS according to the owner's requirements..

Over speed warning- If a maximum speed limit is set on the vehicle and the vehicle speed exceeds the limit, the system will immediately send an over speed warning SMS to the owner.. Engine Status - Vehicle owner can check the engine status of your vehicle at any time. Green indicates the operating state, blue indicates the neutral state, and red indicates the off state..

Generate reports in Excel and PDF by the required date and time (speed analysis, speed violations, expenses, trips). 4 emergency messages are generated via SMS (geofence violation, outdoor battery dead alarm, over speed alarm, SOS alarm), email notification is available.

Promotion: Represents all communication channels that a marketer can use to inform various parties about the product. One or more communication channels that markets use to create a brand and stay in the minds of customers as long as possible is promotion. Press releases, sponsorship deals, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, trade shows and events are all examples of public relations, meaning communications that are not directly funded.

Word-of-mouth refers to any seemingly random discussion of the product among ordinary people, happy customers, or staff hired specifically to promote word-of-mouth momentum. Place - Refers to offering the goods in a place that is easy for customers to find. The marketer can use a variety of techniques, including intensive distribution, selective distribution, exclusive distribution, and franchising, to support other factors in the marketing mix.

Akash Technology has arranged and trained each sales and installation service department to serve the customers. One is corporate sales, the second is promotional/digital sales, and the third is day-to-day sales (personal and/or distributor sales). We need not only the potential monetary value of the relationship, but also the intrinsic value to deliver life-saving, easy-to-use devices to our end users and members.

It depends a lot on how good the digital activity is going and the quality of our equipment.

SWOT Analysis

Long-term market experience: Akash Technology Limited is one of the names that is special in Corporates to ensure that vehicle tracking devices in Bangladesh and make a positive impact on the development of undeveloped regions. Bangladesh's capital Dhanmondi Dhaka is where Akash Technology Ltd was established in 2009 with the aim of offering better service to reputable consumers. Established Market Reputation: In order to satisfy the consumers, Akash Technology Ltd is committed to offer all tracking solutions under one roof in the highest possible quality.

Distribution Center in Every City: The head office of Akash Technology Ltd is at 495/32, Panthapath Dhaka and has distribution/installation points in seven divisions in Bangladesh. The best brands offer better quality products which is a major weakness for Akash Technology. High cost of training packages: Akash Technology has engineers who are good at building devices or other technical support.

No automated machinery: Akash Technology Ltd assembled the unit modules by hand, which I believe is their major weakness. Increasing number of customers: According to Wiki data, about 46 lac vehicles are plying in Bangladesh and the number is on the way up. Few Competitors: Compared to other businesses, VTS has low number of service providers or competitors in Bangladesh.

Quality of devices: VTS depends on GPS and GPRS system to track the exact location of the vehicle. The machine and equipment required for manufacturing devices are expensive and Akash Technology does not have enough capability for it.

Recommendations

Indeed, the company has earned eight thousand customers and the average monthly turnover of the company is sixty lac BDT. Actually Akash Technology Ltd does not have enough brand value for customer but in present they also focus them on the name of their valuable customer. Recently, some other companies like Moniko, Finder, N Track, Prohory and so on have started "Vehicle Tracking Solution" (VTS).

On average, GP Track and Akash Technology provide the same service using the same module, but GP Track ranks first in this sector.
