I have tried my best to include all the relevant information, explanations that I have learned about the organization in this report. This report supports the topic title and fulfills all the requirements I asked him to prepare. Objectives of the Report

Broad objective of the Research

According to the academic curriculum of the Sonargaon University (SU) After the successful final assessment of the theoretical part of the (BBA) Bachelor of Business Administration program a student will have to go for three months of internship or training. So, this is my practicum report, and the entire report is the reflection and contribution of my three months internship in AB bank Uttara branch. It is also useful for me in my future work in any organization because I have the opportunity to gather practical knowledge how to do the official task in office environment & in any kind of other situation which is a very good indicator for any one in work sector.

AB bank has several different divisions under them. I am assigned to the General banking department where I have to work under with my organization supervisor and other members of the general banking department. For my practicum report a topic “Covid-19 impact on general banking system of AB Bank Uttara Branch” was assigned. Throughout my report and presentation, I try my best to describe this research topic clearly and comprehensively.

AB Bank is known as one of the leading banks of the country since its inception 28 years ago. AB Bank was thus able to retain the trust of their consumers and customers while maintaining their reliability throughout time. Despite unfavorable market conditions, AB Bank Limited, which turned 28 this year, closed the 2009 financial year with good results.

Arab Bangladesh Bank Limited changed its name to AB Bank Limited (ABBL) with effect from 14 November 2007 Vide Bangladesh Bank MRPD Circular No-10 dated 22 November 2007. AB Bank is committed to its customers for the best service to customers, innovative and fast solutions to their problems. 14 | Because AB bank has strong brand value and image in Bangladesh, its stock is one of the most actively traded stocks on the Dhaka Stock Exchange.

AB Bank has good resources and staff training facilities for both mid and junior level officers. With the speed of technological diffusion, Bank AB is able to cope with technological changes. Because of its strong brand image and values, AB Bank enjoys high customer trust and public confidence in Bangladesh.

Due to the high brand image, AB bank does not promote its brands or products regularly due to overconfidence in their brand value. AB Bank has high fixed deposits every year, which makes them end up paying higher interest charges on their deposit mix. AB Bank can develop more innovative products for its customers and concisely communicate general product information in an understandable way for its customers.

Since all local private commercial banks operate in the same way in Bangladesh, if somehow AB bank can differentiate their financial products and services from others, it will increase their market share and brand image. Some of the AB bank employees are also facing the lack of technological knowledge and the importance of technology in banking service. 16 | P a g e AB Bank is to identify potential opportunities and threats that will affect the banking industry as a whole and that are beyond the industry's control.

Since PESTLE stands for political, economic, sociocultural, technological, environmental and legal factors, in function of macro environmental analysis, PESTLE analysis of AB Bank Ltd. Natural disaster - sometimes makes it more risky for AB Bank to invest in some areas of Bangladesh.

Lessons learned from the practicum

It was a great opportunity for me to get to know different business professionals. Gaining real experience in the business world is a varied expectation of my life. I learned how to run a bank, and this will help me a lot in my future business life.

During the internship period, I learned to communicate with expert people and strangers. I observed how professional people should behave and tried to acquire and practice professionalism through my behavioral pattern. Through practice, I learned how to adapt to the work environment.

It will help me to adapt to the changing environment both internally and externally in the future. Time management is the process of planning and exercising conscious control over the time spent on specific activities, especially to increase effectiveness, efficiency and productivity. During my internship period, I had learned how to use the time to increase productivity within the limited and specific time period.

I learned how to deal with the unknown people, how to deal with unknown people with patience, etc.

So at 5% significance level, it can be said that AB Bank's general banking procedures take a long time for customer service in the Covid-19 situation.

So at 5% significance level it can be said that AB Bank is not able to satisfy their customers with their service during Covid.
