Literature Review
Customer satisfaction is a popular and established concept in marketing (Kotler, 1991; Fornell and Werneldt, 1988; Fornell and Werneldt, 1987). Customer satisfaction is the result of his perception of perceived value, where value equals perceived service quality (Hallowell, 1996). Customer satisfaction is value related and based on service quality attributes such as price (Athanassopoulos, 2000).
The first component of customer satisfaction is perceived quality and the second component of customer satisfaction is perceived value (Fornell, 1996). Researchers in consumer markets have linked relationship marketing activities to intermediate outcomes that help a firm improve profits (Gwinner, 1998, Reynolds and Beatty, 1999) Strong buyer-seller relationships improve performance, although these links can be multidimensional (Cannonet al, 2000) ).
Chapter Four
Research Hypotheses and Conceptual framework
In our paper, we explore customer satisfaction for solar product of Bangladesh when multiple solar product services are available. In this section, we discuss the theoretical framework and put forward clearly testable hypotheses on the solar product attitude of Bangladesh. We can shed light on the more interesting question of how a change in other Solar product services affects customer satisfaction.
At the other extreme, the cost of solar system services appears to be completely correlated with customer satisfaction. If we extend the above framework to include both Filament Engineering Limited and other solar product service providers, we can expect Filament Engineering Limited and other mobile solar product service providers to act as substitutes. For example, when the cost of a solar system increases, we can see customers allocating more resources to other options.
In summary, we expect that higher costs for the Solar System will be negatively related to customer satisfaction. Thus, the hypotheses that emerged from our research questions include: We hypothesized that perceived value, communication effectiveness and offerings of Filament Engineering Limited have a role in the level of customer satisfaction. We hypothesize that there is a significant relationship between the level of satisfaction, perceived value, communication effectiveness and the offerings of Filament Engineering Limited.
Filament Engineering Limited Solar Product Offer: Filament Engineering Limited Customer Satisfaction Quality for Solar Product: Filament Engineering Limited Customer Satisfaction Perceived Value for Solar System. Filament Engineering Limited is at the top position to introduce solar system in the country as a service provider. In the past, most of our customers were influenced by advertising, but recently, customers have become more aware.
2 For secondary data collection we will mainly use websites, journals, daily newspapers and articles about renewable energy.
Chapter Five Data Analysis

Communication efficiency
Correlation analysis is performed to determine if there is any relationship between independent variables and dependent variables. This analysis is performed on Solar offers, perceived value and communication effectiveness and satisfaction level. The vicariate correlation was subjected to a two-tailed test of statistical significance at two different levels where Correlation is significant at the 0.05 level and Correlation is significant at the 0.01 level.
