The main goal of our project is to reduce the complexity of the manual system and introduce automated governance. To develop this system, we need to consider and implement a number of technologies. In this report we have discussed the technologies that were used to develop the system.
The user can then easily auction any type of items while staying at home without an online intermediary service without any hassle.
Background
Manual process of auction
This is a website for the sole purpose of conducting auctions over the Internet using a personal computer (PC). If you want to buy one or two items that interest you, you don't have to stay for the entire auction. You can submit a bid over the phone from your home or have a member call the bid in absentia.
The preview period can occur the day before the auction or a few hours before the start of the auction. As a result, everyone gets a chance to see what is for sale, they can check the condition of the item and decide which item to bid on. If a bidder wishes, he can register and reserve a space in advance for auction while in the preview period.
Disadvantage of manual process
Then the image of the product appears in the browser window and other users can view and bid on the image. So we are creating an online auction system that will be useful to people. If someone wants to create an account, fill out the form. An email with a verification link or code will be sent to the email address provided.
If the user verifies his account with the verification code, the account will be created otherwise not. It will also have FAQ option which is Frequently Asked Question, anyone can ask question without registering and admin and other users can answer the question. Only he needs to write the category name, then all the products of this category will be displayed with details on the product name, category, minimum bid price and image on the website.
An image of the product must be uploaded for bidders wishing to purchase this product. The bidder who bids more than other bidders, the name of the highest bidder will appear at the top of the list than others. From this report, they can also see which products will be bid more than others, which means they can see the amount of bid numbers of products.
The product that will be bid more than other products, the name of the highest bid product will be displayed at the top of the list than others. Hyper Text Markup Language is referred to as HTML, which is a core Internet technology markup language used to structure and present content for the World Wide Web. To perform this operation he must first click on Add Product Option then Add Category will be displayed.
To do this task, go to the “show user list” option, click on it, and a list of users will appear. If one product receives a higher bid than the other products, it will be sorted first, then the product with the lower bid will be displayed. Simply write the name of the category, the website will display all the products of that category with the details of the product name, category, lowest bid price and image.
The offer option displays the product image, price, availability, status and last offer price. After clicking the "OK" button in the pop-up message, a message will be sent to the user's email address with the item name, item ID and bid price. User can add product, delete product, update product information, offer products, can display top bidders report and top bid product report, search product, export or print reports.
Moreover, the payment system will be easier than the current system because it will be online payment system.

Moreover, most people are busy from day to day, they did not physically attend the auction as they wanted. As such, it narrates the goals of users, the interactions between users and the system, and the necessary attitudes of the system in fulfilling those goals. The latest and complete fifth revision of the World Wide Web Consortium's HTML standard is HTML5 which was published in October 2014 [3].

A user who is active or inactive, the administrator can see the status of the user from the user list. The admin, user and viewer can view the list of categories so that the user and viewer can easily identify what types of items will be uploaded to this site. From this report, they can also see who will bid more than others, which means they can see the volume of bids.
How different types of users interact with the system is defined by a use case model. Users can view post, category, bidder report, product report and comment in FAQ option without login. It has been a way for web developers to define the look and feel of their web pages since CSS was first developed in 1997.
It is easy to maintain websites, share style sheets and customize pages after separating HTML from CSS for different environments [4]. It creates HTML and CSS based design templates because it is used for typography, structure, buttons, navigation and other interface components. It is used to design how the web pages process an event.
It is a new technique to create faster, better and more interactive web applications, in which XML, HTML, CSS and Java Script are helped. In that sense, the user would never know that anything was sent to the server at all.

To register a user must provide a valid username, password, email address, national ID number and current address. Admin can add category, add product, edit product information, view user list, view category list, show bidder report and product report. Here he writes the category name in the new category option and then click add category.
