INTRODUCTION

Nowadays, there are many issues regarding doctor's appointment and also finding medicine door to door from the pharmacy or medicine shops. As Bangladesh is densely populated and also in this pandemic situation of COVID19, we have to go to hospital for our medical examination or treatments whether we are affected by COVID19 or any other diseases. In this current pandemic era, we cannot easily go out from our home due to lockdown.

If we go away from home, we will have to maintain a distance from every person because we don't know if that person is affected or not. Right now we don't have enough doctors, enough supplies, medical equipment, less intensive care beds for patients. We can save more time and be less confused about making appointments with doctors, and we can also receive suggested medications delivered to our homes.

On the other hand, the drug store owners, the delivery companies like carpooling companies and also the drug companies, all can make a good profit with less effort in a short period of time. Our motivation for creating this app was to make our life very simple, fast and shortcut and free experience. The goal of us creating this app is to make the process of getting an appointment with doctors, ordering medicine and easily getting medicine with less time and basically free.

But our app will make it possible for doctors and patients to see details and images of properties that match their criteria before making an appointment or uploading a prescription. The app is likely to make the process of getting appointments with doctors and getting home delivery medicines faster and will also preserve privacy. This will make the environment friendly and as a result, it will save time and privacy.

BACKGROUND

  • Appendix: Project Reflection

Another downside would be that this app opens URLs inside the app, which might not be a very good user experience. That's why we made this app to be the first in Bangladesh to perform. This app will make the process of getting appointment more inclusive, efficient and in short time for the citizens of our country.

Although our ideas for this application is nothing new, it is definitely a valuable idea in Bangladesh. First, we visited several hospitals, both government and private. We have discussed problems with government officials about this current situation. But creating a complex web of features for this app was a tough challenge as this is the very first time apps are being combined in our Bangladesh.

Many of the medical assistants were also hesitant to reveal their personal information where other users of the app could check their background. Gaining users' trust was the most difficult part of the entire development process. The business process model provides the breakdown of the framework, design and implementation of the application.

In this chapter, we will discuss about the front-end design, back-end design, and interoperability requirements of the design and implementation of this application. Front-end is a very important part in any application as it is the only part of the application which is visually accessible to the user and can see the options and design. When people install this app from play store or other store, they can see this 'Splash Screen' both user and doctor.

This is where users produce input, which is then processed by the back-end part of the application. Then the application will show the results of the processing in the form of output and the user can see it. It refers to an expressive communication and collaboration relationship between the user and the application's interface.

Based on the user interface, developers measure how users will benefit from using this application and this is the main purpose of this development. In this section, we have shown the implementation of the first page to join the application. It is a process where the application tester or developer of that application can check many cases to complete the application and specification.

There are two types of users in this application; caregiver/physicians/physician assistant and patient.
