Emery paper is a type of abrasive paper or sandpaper that can be used to abrade (remove material from) surfaces or mechanically finish a surface. This is accomplished by moving the abrasive-coated paper, with little pressure, against the fabric being processed. Tacking is a type of dry process that is done on denim for effect.

In fact, this is done in a specific area to protect that area from color fading due to washing. Distressing is a dry process used to add an old and distressed look to the garment being processed. Usually the warp yarn of the garment, but over time both the warp and the weft are destroyed in a certain part of the garment.

Laser treatments are used exclusively on the upper part of the denim and are considered a more environmentally acceptable process than traditional finishing methods. It is an ecological and economical process, it consumes less time and higher production skills, less floor space is consumed and the production consistency is very high. The coating is hung out in the open to dry after spraying, and when the potassium permanganate turns the colors completely, then it is considered ready for the next process.

The ozone machine takes air from the atmosphere and transforms it into ozone, releasing the particles inside the container to produce results such as eliminating excess indigo dye or reproducing the bleaching effect to give clothing the true look of outdoor wear. .
