I was assigned to work with the marketing division, specifically with a line manager in the company, and we spent time together researching potential new business ventures for the company and Marketing. I put a lot of effort into this project and my line manager taught me a lot in the process. The background and details of the task I was expected to perform during my internship were thoroughly explained to me by my supervisor.
He took time out of his busy schedule to teach me everything I needed to know about the customer experience and service department and how to work there. Appraisal is an essential component of employee performance appraisal and I underwent appraisal during my internship with Datafort Bangladesh Limited.
