My internship report on RIMI International BD, and the topic you assigned is "The export process of Japanese used cars in different countries". Through this report I was able to go to the depth of the company and learned different and new activities for which I am grateful. In this 3 month internship, I achieved wonderful opportunities to improve my learning and be able to apply it in my training.
Hasan Jamal Chowdhury sir- (Managing Director) and the owner of JT cars, my Chief, who also helped me with detailed information about the company and how their website works. In this report I tried to put the 3 months experience with the company RIMI International Co, Ltd. Here you can get a clear view of what the company is, what their goal is and what their marketing structure looks like.
I started by reviewing the company's history and trying to fill in every aspect of the sample I was assigned. Since the company exports cars, I tried to put my main focus on the company's export process as requested by my supervisor. In the last part of the report I tried to talk about the experience of working with the company and the environment, the new skills I learned, the skills I used and the contribution I made in this whole process . period of time.
Finally, I tried to recommend how they can improve their departments and ended with a conclusion where I tried to put my thoughts on the overall journey.

Last but not least: what are my experiences, what I learned in this 3 months journey, what skills I improved and my contribution to the company. The main purpose of this report is to understand the export process of Japanese used cars in different countries. The company I am doing my internship under is a company that sells Japanese used cars in different countries that are shipped directly from Japan.
As an intern, my main objective is to understand the company's export process, as most of the tasks of this company are related to the export of cars. The entire report has been prepared on the basis of personal experiences in order to gather skills and knowledge from the company. Most of my knowledge for writing this report has been used here is from primary data which has played a vital role in this report.
But in some cases I had to use secondary data to build a strong and supportive structure in this report. Primary data sources: learning to use the software the company uses, interacting with employees to gain knowledge and better understand the company, helping employees minimize their tasks, and sharing information that can help other employees. Secondary data: In some cases the company will not share too much, obviously for company security purposes.
Therefore, I have collected some difficult to use data about the company through other sources from websites. Even though I am new and have no skills, the company gave me the opportunity to interact directly with some customers. Also, the work environment plays a major impact on a student's journey as it helps them feel comfortable enough to seek a permanent job with the company.
RIMI International has not only helped me understand how an international company does business, but also helped me experience different aspects of the company's operations. But it is quite impossible to understand every detail and work within 3 months of the company and learn from it, but I have tried my best to get information and gather knowledge as much as possible, which I hope this report he will tell himself further. I didn't get much detailed information in few cases which is confidential for this company which could help me to access more information.

Although they started their business with the export of cars and spare parts and are mostly known for, the company has other business which includes Solar Panel, Information Technology, Gadgets and RMG, EPS & RPF Sourcing. To collect that data, the company mostly follows secondary data and tertiary data is also required for detailed analysis. RIMI tries to maintain their growth by attending business trips where many sellers from all over the world gather to assure their customers that they exist and that they can trust the company without hesitation.
The company only sells used cars which are first furnished and then sold in countries around the world. Shipping Cost- RIMI must pay a fee to bring the car to their personal yard from the auction house. The shipping cost is excluded from FOB as the company that transports the cars is a different company so we need to determine the cost from the company and then add it to the FOB price.
After paying the price and commission of the auction house, RIMI takes the car to its yard located in Japan. The radiation test is basically a test that is done to determine the condition of the car. They offer an auction sheet where buyers can see the condition of the car and choose according to their obligations.
Once full payment is received, the company will begin export arrangements from the first available shipment. When the customer decides to buy a car, the customer needs to send the lc document to the company with the help of their country's bank. Get an invoice and pay the amount If you win the bid, the company will send you an invoice for the deposit of the remaining amount.
After the duties are fulfilled, the company must keep their inventory record in their database. Since the company only supplies right-hand drive vehicles, they do not sell cars to the countries that drive left-hand drive vehicles. The company recently visited some of the countries to analyze the market situation of those countries.
The company not only uses updated software but also promotes the business in different continents of the world. If the company misanalyzes the market or takes a wrong step in its business strategy, the company may face a huge downfall as the competition is quite tough.

To be honest, I never thought of working in a car company and besides, I had no knowledge about cars. During this journey I have met some extraordinarily talented people from whom everyone can get a hint of what it feels like to live the dreams. I have always heard people complain about the work environment and how unsettling it is, but I can proudly say that I have never felt like working for this company.
It's fun and there's a lot to learn that I don't think I could have learned in any other industry. And most importantly, I get excited when I see a car and find it fascinating how much I know about this particular industry.
RECOMMENDATION & CONCLUSION
Since I am new and have little knowledge about the company's work policies and system, I would not recommend to change anything, but I encourage the company to analyze the customer data more carefully and identify their needs, because I have noticed many times that when a dealer wants a certain model , the company was unable to provide it and offered other options due to lack of stock. Although it may seem harmless, it can have a bad effect on a company's image. Other than that, I still haven't gotten to the point where I think the company should change their system.
