Many people use different electronic devices to solve different problems for employees in different organizations and to record attendance. From this web application of ours, you can know about all the problems of your office workers and what measures are taken for these problems. Not only that, you can collect information about different types of events, including daily attendance, salary, leave for employees.

The main objective is to simplify the various functions of the office manager, such as planning, organizing, coordinating, supervising, staffing and supervising. The purpose of this online management system is to manage all records, employee profile, leave, attendance, notifications, notice boards, events, travel requests and loan requests. Office management is a key part of an organization, which means getting things done through others.

Management is a creative and innovative force that aims to achieve maximum results with the available resources such as money, people and material. The amount of paperwork in offices has increased due to industrialization, population explosion, government control and the application of various tax and labor laws. Efficiency and effectiveness, keywords in management, can only be achieved through proper planning and control of operations, reduction of office costs and coordination of all business activities.

The international standard that provides guidance on social responsibility, called ISO 26000, defines a stakeholder as an individual or group that has an interest in any decision or activity of an organization. A stakeholder is a party that has an interest in a company and can either influence or be influenced by the company. But the modern theory of the idea goes beyond this original notion to include additional stakeholders such as a community, a government or a trade association.

Internal stakeholders are people whose interest in a company comes through a direct relationship, such as employment, ownership, or investment. External stakeholders are those people who do not work directly with a company, but are affected in some way by the actions and results of the business in question. Internal Stakeholders: An internal stakeholder is a person or group directly related to the company performing the project.

An external stakeholder is an entity that is not directly connected to the company involved in the project, but is still in some way affected by the outcome. It refers to the process of planning, organizing, guiding, communicating, directing, coordinating and controlling the activities of a group of people working to achieve business goals efficiently and economically. Office management helps in increasing office efficiency, smooth work flow, maintaining public relations, minimizing costs, managing change and accepting the new challenges that help to achieve the organization's goals.

A technical software limitation usually refers to what the defined system cannot do in its current state. Project managers will need to familiarize themselves with the main functions of the program and ensure that their team members are trained in the functions relevant to the work they are required to do. We lack cost control, experienced developer, some lack knowledge in some sector.

Hopefully in this part; you have a fair idea how you can get the best results in this management concept. Working here, we have understood how to function in an expert programming organization, how to act formally, how different engineers complement collectively, and how to get more motivated to get to know him every day. This creative problem solving is accomplished through four management functions: planning, organizing, leading, and controlling.
