Guideline to fill up Award Form and Clearance Form
Before proceeding to apply, please ensure that you have:
1- Applicant's recent photograph with following specification:
It Should be in formal.
It must be a passport size color picture.
It must be taken in full face view directly facing the camera.
It should have no shadows and red eyes.
Maximum size 300x300 pixels.
Format should be .jpg, .png or .jpeg only.
2- Applicant's signature with following specifications:
It must be signed only by the applicant.
Scanned signature with black ink on a white paper.
Maximum size 300x80 pixels.
Format should be .jpg, .png or .jpeg only.
3- Scan Copy of SSC certificate.
Form Submission
>> Go to http://graduate.kuet.ac.bd (Fig. 1)
>> Login with your Roll & Password (Password: academic system password).

>> After successful Login you will be redirected to Dashboard (Fig. 2)
>> You will see a message: Please update and verify your profile.
>> Click on Profile Tab and update your information (Hall, Email and Mobile No.) (Fig. 3)

>> Download your documents from Documents Tab (Consolidated Grade sheet…). Fig. 4

>> click on Award Form Tab To fill up. (Fig. 5)
>> Download blank Award Form.
>> Fill up the form (.doc) correctly and save as PDF.
>> Scan SSC certificate as PDF.
>> Merge Award Form and SSC certificate as a single PDF.
>> Upload the completed Award Form and Submit.

>> To fill up Clearance Form click on Clearance Form Tab. (Fig. 6)
>> Fill up the required information and Submit.
>> You should make sure that you have no dues in any laboratory, department, library, office, section, hall mentioned in the sample Clearance Form. If any you have to clear the dues first to get clearance.
