It is a great pleasure and privilege to present the internship report on "Human Resource Management Practices of Rangs Motors Limited." which was awarded to me as a partial requirement to complete a Bachelor of Business Administration. I am deeply grateful to my internship supervisor Shayla Khanam, Assistant Professor, School of Business & Economics, United International University (UIU) for her wholehearted supervision during my organizational affiliation period. I am also thankful to my supervisor at Rangs Motors Limited, Kazi Meherun Nesa, Business Analyst and Senior Head of Customer Care for teaching me various things about company culture and being patient with me throughout my 3 months internship.

I am also thankful to the rest of the Rangs Motors customer care team and HR team for helping me settle in and teaching me various aspects of a corporate organization. Finally, I would like to appreciate my efforts and ingrained strength to fulfill my obligations as an intern and complete the report within the deadline. The report makes an attempt to portray the human resource management practices of Rangs Motors Limited.

A Rangs Group company, Rangs Motors Ltd., is engaged in the business of importing commercial vehicles in Bangladesh. This study is mainly carried out by surveying and oral interviewing of officials based on questionnaires.

The company has also started assembling vehicles of various well-known and reputed foreign brands locally.

The need for earth moving equipment is on the rise in the creating international locations like Bangladesh. For years, earth-moving goods in neighboring India have remained the same, while technological know-how worldwide has adapted at a rapid pace. After over four years of posting and over 20,000 hours of laptop checking in the harshest conditions, Mahindra is proud to introduce the new Mahindra Earth-Master SX 4 Wheel Drive Backhoe, a modern new machine that shatters all faith in the 4 Wheel Drive Backhoe category.

Mahindra Earth-Master is a very high quality car, with greater durability, dramatically much less maintenance, higher kinematics and dynamics of operation with a very good gasoline effectively saving at least a liter per hour against these diesel turbines of modern time technological know-how and consume much less gasoline with low cost of protection. Business companies want to focus point on more than one range of products to maintain themselves in the latest world of aggressive business ventures.

That is why RANGS Automobile Division has offered the widest range of industrial cars for freight transport. Mahindra as a company no longer only has the automotive answer in Bangladesh, but is also about to enter the ICT and financial sector in Bangladesh. Volvo-Eicher Commercial Vehicles Ltd (VECV) is the flagship of the Eicher Group, which once catalyzed the revolution for less skilled workers in India with the production of India's first agricultural tractor in 1959.

In order to gain a huge variety of customers, VECV has entered the Bangladesh market through country wide insurance which RANGS GROUP has connected over the years. By providing adequate after-sales services, the company has gained 60% market share in the business automobile quarter of Bangladesh.

Considering whether or not the educational background meets the requirements of the job or the relevant knowledge of the job,. If HR finds that all the information provided by the candidate is correct, then the candidate is called again for a final face-to-face interview with the EVC and Head of HR department. HR & EVC then decide whether to select the candidate and extend the job offer in the final step.

Advance Payment: The organization gives advance compensation to the employees in case of any crisis. Advance payment exercises are necessary for those workers who need more dedication to a suitable asset, but the criticality is extremely high. Here, all permanent employees at RML deposit 10% of their essential compensation, and the organization also commits to the records provided by RML.

Characterized Benefit Plan: RML organizes tip designs relevant to those employees who have completed 5 years of administrations. Tip is determined on the most recent applicable fundamental remuneration and it is payable at the rate of essential remuneration of one month for each completed year of administration.

Whenever a consumer or potential customer is associated with one of the firm's brands, the brand is communicating and representing the company. The RML marketing team places a high priority on content marketing and during my time here, I gained experience in managing brand communications that strategically complement the brand image. Google analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google that tracks and reports website traffic.

I learned to use Google's analytics tools to view, sort, filter data and produce reports on demand. It can also be used to gain insights into consumer behavior and feedback can be used to further improve a website. Here at RML, most of the AVs and corporate AVs for campaigns were produced in house.

This gave them better control over the quality and consistency of brand management compared to the services of digital marketing agencies. Here I learned to use data from sales and digital analysis to create a customized dashboard in Excel. The weekly meetings of the RML marketing team involve a focus group discussion session where the line managers act as moderators and discuss the topics on the agenda.

It helped teammates discuss ideas and come up with effective solutions that create efficiency and improve overall teamwork.

Recommendations

In case there is any vulnerability employees may not give 100% for their work. The HR department of RML should improve their additional and financial benefits for the workers so that they are inspired to continue their work.
