To help the HR manager of Elegant Group to devise and execute effective e-recruitment systems for acquiring skilled personnel for the organization, certain suggestions are suggested.

Improved candidate experience: E-recruiting provides candidates with a more user-friendly and interactive experience that can improve their perception of the organization and increase their likelihood of accepting job offers. Overall, e-recruitment can help organizations attract and retain top talent, reduce costs and improve efficiency, leading to improved organizational performance.

Organizational performance analysis looks at how well an organization is performing against its stated goals and objectives. Research shows that providing workers with recruitment and promotion opportunities increases their engagement, reduces attrition and leads to improved productivity, quality, service, safety and financial performance. Organizational output has been significantly enhanced by the widespread use of e-recruitment due to its many advantages.

According to the data in Figure 4.2, the proportion of male respondents was 57%, while the proportion of female respondents was 43%.

Consequently, the survey elicited a greater amount of responses from male participants compared to their female counterparts. As depicted in Figure 4.3, the survey results show that of the 30 employees who participated, 63% hold executive positions, 23% hold MTO positions, 7% are HR Managers, and 7% are recruiters.

According to the data presented in Figure 4.7, the majority, 73% of the participants, agreed with the aforementioned statement. Based on the data presented in Figure 4.8, we can see that 93% of the participants agreed with the statement, while 7% of the participants maintained a neutral attitude. Based on the findings presented in Figure 4.10, it can be concluded that all respondents agreed with the notion that recruiting personnel to fill vacant positions within the organization may involve the use of internal advertising. Based on the findings presented in Figure 4.11, it can be concluded that all the surveyed participants agreed that the organization's recruiters have the ability to utilize various sources, such as social media networks, when recruiting new personnel. As depicted in Figure 4.13, a majority of 80% of respondents agreed with the above statement, while the remaining 20% ​​disagreed and claimed that the organization's recruitment process may take longer due to the large number of applicants.

Based on the data presented in Figure 4.15, it can be concluded that all the participants interviewed expressed the belief that career web portals have the potential to serve as a way to fill vacant positions within the organization. As per the data presented in Figure 4.16, a majority of 87% of the participants agreed with the aforementioned statement. Based on the findings presented in Figure 4.17, it can be concluded that all respondents agreed with the idea that the recruitment of staff to fill vacant positions within the organization may involve the use of internal advertising.

According to the data presented in Figure 4.17, the majority, 77% of the participants, agreed with the mentioned statement. According to the data presented in Figure 4.21, all participants agreed with the mentioned statement. Based on the data presented in Figure 4.22, we can conclude that all surveyed participants agree with the mentioned statement.
