Here stating that, this Industrial Supplement report has not been submitted anywhere for award, degree or diploma. At the outset, my gratitude goes to Almighty God for giving me strength and ability to complete this industrial connection. For any technical education, practical experience is almost as important as theoretical knowledge.

With practical knowledge, it is not possible to apply theoretical knowledge in the practical field. Industrial attachment is the first step towards a student's professional life, especially the technical side. A university education provides us with extensive theoretical knowledge, as well as more practical attachment, but despite all this, industrial attachment helps us to familiarize ourselves with the technical support of modern machines and the skills of various stages of processing.

All activities of this factory are carried out according to the central orders of the company. During my internship I had the opportunity to study a number of orders, from receiving the order to delivering the order.

With the help of practical knowledge, it is possible to apply theoretical knowledge in the practical field. For any technical education, practical experience is almost as important as theoretical knowledge. Industrial attachment is a process that builds the contractor's understanding skills and attitude, which improves his knowledge in increasing productivity and service.

University education provides us with both extensive theoretical knowledge and more practical attachment, despite all this industrial attachment helps us to become familiar with the technical support of modern machines and silence about the various stages of operation. It also provides us with sufficient practical knowledge about production management, productivity evaluation, work study, efficiency, industrial management, production planning and control, production cost analysis, inventory management, purchasing, use and maintenance of machines and their operating techniques etc. This is why it should be achieved with practical knowledge in which it is based on industrial attachment, which makes us reliable and accustomed to the industrial atmosphere.

It is one of the leading business groups in the textile sector of Bangladesh. We believe that we are ultimately accountable to each of the constituents with whom we interact; namely our employees, our customers, our business partners, our fellow citizens.

Loops can be loose or tightly formed, depending on the purpose of the garment. If the color depth of the fabric is large, the length of the loop should be larger, because in the case of fabric with a longer loop length, it is less compact. Cold Pad Batch (CPB) dyeing is one of the most economical and environmentally friendly approaches in the textile industry.

This is the first sample made by most of the buyers for any style. Spread means the smooth layout of the fabric in superimposed layers of specific length. Shank - Shank is the upper part of the needle that is placed inside the needle bar.

Short Groove – The short groove is the slot on the side of the needle towards the hook or loop. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the day-to-day happenings in the star department.

Before bulk production, a sample is sent for approval from the industry to the buyer according to the buyer's requirements, the shade is prepared in a laboratory taking into account the economic aspects. Sampling is one of the main processes in the garment industry and it has a vital role in attracting buyers. Because the buyers generally place the order after they are satisfied with the quality of the samples.

The main purpose of GPT is to perform physical and chemical testing on the garment to ensure the performance of the garment. During stretching, the number of pleats should not be more than three hundred, but it depends on the thickness of the fabric and the height of the cutting knife. The width of the marker is equal to the width of the fabric and should not be greater than the width of the fabric, i.e. the width of the marker is kept less than or equal to the width of the fabric.

While making the markers, we have to think about the size of the table, the length of the fabric, etc. The ratio between the total areas of the pattern pieces and the total area of the paper for making is professionally called marker efficiency. Butt - This is the truncated conical shape at the upper end of the needle, which is required to secure the needle with a needle bar or clamp.

Eye- The eye of the needle is the hole at the tip of the needle through which the sewing thread passes. Scarf - A scarf or sheer cut is a piece across the entire face of the needle just above the eye. They form effective seams without breaking or distorting during the life of the product.

Ironing works by loosening the bonds between the long-chain polymer molecules in the material's fibers.

A suitable sample is made and sent to adjust the fit of the garment on live models or on a mannequin and for approval of construction details. At this sampling stage, the buyer makes sure that the factory thoroughly understands the construction and quality details and standards. The sample is sent mostly in the medium and large sizes mentioned by the buyer. The fabric used to make a suitable sample is the actual fabric that will be used for mass production, or the sample fabric is used.

The buyer uses this photo for marketing purposes in the catalog or various media such as print, TV or websites to see the consumer's response. The quality of the sample must be at the buyer's level; therefore, the retailer must be aware and ensure that the product development team is well versed in the sample quality parameters. For example: if the thickness of the fabric is higher than the above number of inserts, this would not apply and in the case of a straight knife cutting instrument, the maximum laying height should be 70% of the blade height.

A work study is a systematic examination of the methods of carrying out an activity in order to improve the efficient use of resources and to establish performance standards for the activities being carried out. While the molecules are hot, the fibers straighten out due to the weight of the iron and retain their new shape as they cool. The Merchandising department is the star department among all the functioning departments in the export concern, as Merchandising is the only department that has maximum control over the departments and is fully responsible for the profit and loss of the company.

Merchandising refers to all planned activities to execute and ship the goods on time, taking into account the 4 Rs of supplying the customer.

Compliance

  • Different compliance issues which
  • Health and Hygiene

There are emergency procedures in the facility for dealing with cases of trauma or serious illness. On every floor they have first aid box and first aid trainer on every floor. Each floor has sub distribution point (SDB). For three to four fans there is circuit breaker.

They also have a health and safety team in their organization and have regular health and safety meetings. This factory employs workers without regard to race, color, sex, nationality, religion, age, motherhood or marital status. This factory pays workers wages and provides benefits without regard to race, color, sex, national origin, religion, age, maternity or marital status.

This factory does not use involuntary labor of any kind, including prison labor, debt bondage, or government forced labor. After using water in the dyeing department and other household activities, the wasted water goes to ETP for treatment. ETP recycles the water and ultimately drains the recycled water to a canal that is not harmful to the environment.

They collect all materials jute, garbage, waste paper, empty drum, empty container, empty bottle, waste plastic, broken wooden box, waste table, chair, waste furniture, button, hanger, fabric, polly, zipper, melted tube light, broken Glass and other Waste of the concerned sections and then they dispose of this waste in the reassigned location after a certain period of time. A work area is in order when there are no unnecessary objects in the area and when all necessary items are in their proper places.

Procedures and standards for waste management, treatment and disposal of chemical and other hazardous materials, emissions and wastewater treatment must exceed minimum legal requirements.

Housekeeping is more than just sweeping the floor and dusting machines and equipment. Eliminate accidents and fire causes.
