This internship report entitled “Internship on Digital Marketing” submitted by Raad Sheraz, ID at the Department of Software Engineering of Daffodil International University has been accepted as satisfactory for the partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of B.Sc in Software Engineering and approved in style and content. I would really like to express my gratitude to the Faculty of Science and Information Technology for maintaining the internship credit in the graduate program curriculum and giving me the opportunity to taste the flavor of industrial work and the field. I am also the Faculty of Science and Information Technology, the Honorable Head Sir Dr. Touhid Bhuiyan, and my supervisor Ms. Manan Binth Taj Noor, DIU grateful to arrange an opportunity for choosing own interested organization and complete internship there.

I am also grateful to the employees of the Prochito Marketing team who have given me immense support in working on the client side as well as in technical issues. In addition, for the preparation of this report and other documentation related to the Internship Report, I would like to sincerely thank all the members of the team who have always advised me and helped me with their hands and pens. Prochito does a lot of work before handing over the final work to clients and their role in marketing to their clients is huge.

The role of an advertising agency is very big in marketing a product with a concept to the customers. The overall approach of this report is descriptive as it delves into the role of an advertising agency and the processes they follow to conduct marketing.

The primary goal of digital marketing is to give our company online presence through website and social media. We can spread awareness of our brand and provide support to our customers by handling their complaints and queries, which ultimately leads to sales, customer acquisition and satisfaction. According to the study, online sales revenue and the most important goals relate to lead generation (the companies that focused on lead generation relevant to companies that do not sell online.

Since these remain the primary commercial outcomes of a digital marketing plan, this makes good sense. It helps to have a specific goal for these, such as increasing net promoter score or increasing visits defined in a conversion funnel spreadsheet. This report is made for academic purposes only and to fulfill the practice membership requirement.

If I am unable to report to work for any reason, I must inform my supervisor as soon as possible, by telephone or personal messenger, of the reason for my absence and, if possible, indicate how quickly I can do so doing. report back to work. So if they are not present in online media such as online advertising in newspapers or social media, we go to them with a presentation on how they can benefit from this medium and what we can offer them. This assignment contains information about the intended interest group, their ideas and practices, the necessary crusade and the core message. So if they want to give a work order, they contact me.

These shortcuts are based on different things such as they want media bookings, they want to do TV ads, print ads. If any client wants to place a print ad or booking for a TVC then I forward it to the media buying department. On the other hand, if any client wants to do a print ad, then I forward it to the creative department.

For example: my client wanted to give a press ad in Prothom-alo 1 st page (8 column X 5 inches) and they gave the soft copy of the ad. After I get the soft copy, I forward it to the media department and they do the rest of the sharing. There are marketing managers who describe that what are the texts, colors or elements that they use in that specific adv.

After I receive the case(s) from the creative department, I send the case to my client. If they want any corrections or anything else, then I give it back to the creative department. After the delivery of the works and the completion of the works, I prepare the invoices and give them to the reception.

We keep them follow up and if they want to do any brand promotion, events, campaigns, we give them quotes and our works related to their assignment. First, when we sort out what to do and what are the things we will include in the presentation, I make the presentation and give the presentation with the team. Those clients who are in my client list, I have to maintain a good relationship with them constantly.

Asian Duplex Town work for Brand Forum Another work I executed is a concept of Asian Duplex Town. I gave a visualization of a magazine advertisement to the creative department taken by Asian Duplex town. The texts and highlighted text will be the same as the previous ad (January Brand Forum ad).

The upper half will be a couple who are charmed by the offer of “ Dhakay Flat er dam a duplex bari. The texts and highlighted text will be the same as the previous ad (For example: January Brand Forum ad). It can be any object, such as a large building, such as a human shape with a face that is.

Deadline: April 14, 2018 Time: First Half These three creative themes were given by me from which Asian city has taken theme 1. Here This slogan “Dakay flat er dam a duplex bari” defines by visualizing that, women are mesmerized by the offer and she has the duplex house in hand because the price. I have done it in a less creative way so that the target audience can understand what the picture is trying to explain.

So that it becomes more understandable for the target group and it is also relevant with the slogan. When doing the digital marketing of this project, I need to maintain my strategy at every step of the DMLC (digital marketing lifecycle). Initially, we collect the images from authentic sources so that Google does not mark our website as copyrighted content.

Relevance: Google needs to understand your business in order to match your listing with relevant search terms. And all the marketing campaign I ran with the paid tool was very successful and the client was very happy.
