At the end of the trip, the fare is automatically calculated based on the distance traveled and the time involved. After the ride, passengers have the opportunity to rate their driver and provide feedback on the overall experience. The app allows passengers to share their journey data with friends or family and drivers are screened before they are allowed to enter the platform.

Passengers and drivers can rate each other after each ride, which helps maintain a level of accountability. d) Customer Support: Uber provides customer support to both drivers and passengers.
