Combination of employees' skills: Directors intend to engage well-trained and experienced employees to jointly develop business strategy and long-term plans to achieve the company's goals.
Extensive Advertising and Marketing: The Company will undertake extensive advertising and marketing, promoting both its name and service/product awareness. Therefore an aggressive and focused marketing campaign with clear goals and strategies will be one of the main pillars. Introducing new organizational practices and personnel who have not previously worked together presents a challenge for the organization.

For example, the managing director of the company has a fund of knowledge to influence people and steer the organization in numerous ways. Of course, the managing director is not the only one in Gateway Group with an important role to play.
Establishing Goals: The first step in Gateway's management planning process is to define the company's specific goals. This part of the planning process should include a detailed review of each objective, including the rationale for its selection and the expected results of projects related to the objective. Gateway's CEO and CEO found this out based on resources and customer demand.
Identifying alternative courses of action: Gateway management maintains a contingency plan if certain aspects of the master plan prove unattainable. Alternative courses of action may be included in each segment of the planning process, or for the plan as a whole. The efforts of operatives are coordinated to allow the process in question to function properly.
Organization is the process of creating harmonious authority-responsibility relationships between members of the enterprise. Therefore, it must be designed to suit the needs and objectives of the particular enterprise. However, the Managing Director recognizes the importance of continuous training and improvement and plans to undertake a Travel and Tourism course to become fully familiar with the field and gain knowledge of the latest developments in the industry. Gateway wants to ensure that every employee understands the company's objectives, is customer focused, takes pride in their work and works as a team. Gateway Group will encourage its employees to put forward any suggestions regarding the improvement of any of the company's functions - an open-door philosophy.
One of the most important factors of Gateway with their customers regarding payment terms as agreed with the clients. Tracking and follow-up: Gateway intends to have the discipline, as an organization, to track results of the business plan and make sure that implement it.

Due to the lack of employees, the company cannot provide better services. The company did not describe the realistic job preview (RJP) correctly, causing a lengthy process to provide registration paper and visa processing information.
