Financial Aid, Summer 2021
‘Need Based’ and ‘
IUB Merit Scholarship’ CategoryOffice of Undergraduate Admission and Financial Aid is informing to get the update of the following two categories Financial Aid students.
Need Based Category:
The students availing Need Based Financial Aid in Summer 2021 semester will get the approved percentage of waiver by registering for a minimum of 6 credits in Summer 2021. However, the approved need-based waiver percentage will remain for a maximum of 9 credits.
If any student under this category registers for more than 9 credits, the fee for the credits (beyond 9 credits) will have to be paid by the student as per the credit hour fee.
IUB Merit Scholarship Category:
The IUB Merit Scholarship in Summer 2021 semester will be re-assessed based on the CGPA of Spring 2021 and 9 credits earned in the same semester.
However, to avail the scholarship the students falling under this category will have to register with a minimum of 9 credits in Summer 2021 (instead of the regular 12 credits as per policy).
