Objectives:
1. To list several type of machines required for garments washing with their dimensions, specifications and capacity.
2. To list different type of instruments used in garments washing with their capacity and specifications.
3. To list about various types of chemicals used in garments washing with their function.
Requirements:
Working Procedure:
1. Observe different machine, instruments and chemicals of washing lab which are required for garments washing
2. Categorize different machine, instruments and chemicals of washing lab which are required for garments washing.
3. Then prepare a list of machine, instruments required for wet, dry process and then made a list of chemicals required for garments washing.
4. Collect specification, capacity and functions of machines required for wet processes of garments washing.
5. Collect specification, capacity, functions and area of application of instruments, tools required for dry processes of garments washing.
6. Observe the physical condition of chemicals required for garments washing 7. Finally prepare a list of all information in a prescribed table.
Description:
a) Wet process :
In wet process we used various type of chemical in washing plant. Mainly in wet process need water and also some chemicals.
b) Dry process:
Dry process done by several tools and instruments. That processes are done without water.
