2. The application must be accompanied by attested photocopies of following documents:
i. Two recent passport size photographs (to be pasted on the specified boxes) ii. SSC/equivalent examination’s Mark Sheet/Grade Sheet/Academic Transcript iii. HSC/equivalent examination’s Mark Sheet/Grade Sheet/Academic Transcript iv. Bachelor/equivalent examination’s Mark Sheet/Grade Sheet/Academic Transcript
v. Master/equivalent examination’s Mark Sheet/Grade Sheet/Academic Transcript (if any)
vi. Candidate requiring job experience has to submit experience certificate mentioning designation, job duration and basic salary.
vii. Candidate showing job experience needs NOC from his/her employer at the time of admission in the MDPS program.
3. Application along with all documents needs to be submitted to the office of the Economics Discipline (room no.
3339, 2nd floor, Kobi Jibanananda Das Academic Building) Khulna University during time mentioned in section 4.1 of the MDPS admission guideline.
4. The candidate has to collect admit card for admission test at the time of submitting the admission form. All information regarding admission and MDPS program can be collected from www.kuecon.ac.bd or office of the Economics Discipline, Khulna University, Khulna. You may also contact at 01407-031212.
No candidate will be allowed to sit for the admission test without admit card.
