1. Fill in all the sections of this form. Write N/A for ‘Not Applicable’ sections.
2. The application must be accompanied by attested photocopies of following documents:
i. BSS (Hons)/equivalent certificate, mark sheet/grade sheet/academic transcript.
ii. MSS/equivalent examination’s certificate, mark sheet/grade sheet/academic transcript [for candidates having three years’ Bachelor (Hons) degree].
iii. Two (02) passport size photographs (taken recently) to be pasted on the specified boxes of application form.
3. Application along with all documents needs to be submitted to the office of the Mass Communication and Journalism Discipline (Room No. 3338, 2nd floor, Kabi Jibanananda Das Academic Building) Khulna University during time mentioned in section 4.1 of the MSS admission guideline. In addition, an applicant has to fill in this form

4. Candidate has to collect admit card for admission test and all information regarding admission and MSS program from office of the Mass Communication and Journalism Discipline (2nd floor, Kabi Jibanananda Das Academic Building) Khulna University, Khulna.
5. Along with the hard copy of an application form, a candidate must have to fill-up an online MSS admission form, which can be accessed via
