The operators will afford this table saw, because the support frame is made of wood and will be able to support considerable weight, and we will make it as compact as possible. This machine will also reduce the risk factor as it will be much safer when used properly.

The main reason for choosing to design and build a portable table saw is to provide a machine that will be affordable to people who cannot afford an expensive table saw, giving them the opportunity to work on their project or operation at a low cost. . Due to the machine's light weight and minimal size, it will be carried out without any problems at all workplaces. A portable table saw will be much cheaper than a larger machine in many ways such as

This portable machine will operate at the same efficiency as that of a large table saw. It will be a much more compact machine, so you don't have to think about the space required for this machine. One of the important reasons behind the project is that the machine will increase productivity and save time.

When using a table saw this large, you run the risk of injury and it can be fatal, but due to its small size here, the injury cannot be fatal and will avoid injury if used correctly.

In this paper a design for a machine here we will take a long wooden board with dimension 16x20x0.5 inches. In the center right of the board, we will cut a small 5x0.3 inch block to fit the cutter blade. After attaching the motor, the motor will add external shaft to hold the saw blade firmly.

Then we will mount the power supply on the corner of wooden block and make the necessary connection. Now we make a lid with the wooden board of dimension (30x20x05) inches and close it from the top of the box. At the end we will add a measuring scale and fences (if necessary) to guide the workpiece accordingly.

Always make sure the tool is switched off and unplugged before doing any work on the tool. The tool is shipped from the factory with the saw blade and blade guard not installed. Always make sure the tool is turned off and off before installing or removing the blade.

Failure to do so may cause the hex bolt to be over- or under-tightened. Do not use saw blades that do not comply with the characteristics specified in these instructions. Hold the outer flange with a wrench and use the hex wrench to loosen the hex bolt clockwise.

The portable table saw machine is suggested by keeping the two critical factors in mind while manufacturing, the accuracy and the cost. The machine we are going to make works with the same precision as that of large table saw with cost efficiency. The machine prototype will be simple to cut a variety of wooden workpieces with different lengths and dimensions.

The machine will be equipped with a measuring scale (if required) to cut the workpiece to the required length. To guide the work piece, we will add fences parallel to the cutting blade, The machine will provide a good provision for replacing the cutter in case of accident and damage. The traditional method for cutting wood using a table saw involves a stationary saw motor into which the wood is fed through the hand saw.

On the other hand, cutting aluminum requires extra care and careful craftsmanship to ensure an accurate cut, and cutting can be dangerous if not done correctly. Considering the inherent risks of conventional sawing practice, the limitations of cutting both materials, the benefits of automation, and to support panel construction, this paper uses axiomatic design theory to investigate the problems of current table saws and to design an unrelated new one. As a result of the mapping from the functional domain to the physical domain, it was found that feed rate and RPM for cutting wood and aluminum are related.

Incomplete control system strategy from the definition of then process flow to its full implementation is designed to meet the design objectives and based on the analysis a decoupled design of saw cutting machine is introduced.
