In teaching, the teacher himself discussed the topic with the students without speaking alone, giving examples and also asking for different examples from the students. In this method, the teacher continues the learning process through discussion instead of giving the students a lecture every two weeks, thus allowing a clear understanding of the teacher's reading and student comprehension at the same time.

As a result, students will learn about new stories, which will be more enriching in terms of knowledge, and through story writing, students' English writing skills, literacy through reading, and speaking skills through speaking will be significantly improved. The teacher used Bengali most of the time from the beginning of the class, but sometimes used English language for necessity or for story telling. There is little talk between students and teachers or students use Bengali while answering various questions.

In those 45 minutes I got to know and learn many new things that will serve me well in my near future, the teacher's talks, class control and teaching style were all very engaging and instructive.

Recommendation

There are beautiful playgrounds, suitable classrooms, science labs, computer labs, sports clubs, but I think if there was an English club in addition to all that, students would get a new field of learning English. Moreover, one thing of the school stood out that they conduct the lessons with both qualified and unqualified teachers, by doing this the students do more harm than good, the school management should assign more qualified teachers to this matter. In addition, students can be motivated through the use of English language along with English texts in English class so as to prepare them to some extent to keep up with the competitive world of the future.

A positive change can be made in the classroom environment of the school by creating a friendly relationship between students and teachers instead of teaching the students through fortnightly debates, so the learning environment of the school will improve to a great extent.

Chapter-9 Conclusion

By completing the said project paper, I learned how to conduct a lesson, how to deliver a lecture on time and keep the students' attention, how a teacher can remove boredom in students and make them interested in to learn. classroom observation. The main aim of my project paper was to highlight the actual condition of English education in educational institutions of Bangladesh. This allows me to understand the perspective, interest, weakness etc. I present my opinions on various topics with the students and receive their opinions. ideas on how to have fun learning English without taking it seriously.

It is important to learn English in every area of life from communication to international media. So we have to teach English education to the students from the basic condition and prepare them for the future and prepare them for the competitive world, only then we can compete with the outside world in the future generation and keep up with them.

Listening to the feedback of the lagging students and solving their problems will be made more difficult by the presence of additional students 5. In addition to the explanation during the lesson, the students will be given some tasks to check. Once the topic is completed, verbal and practical feedback is given from the students, regardless of whether they can understand the lesson or not. After the students' work is completed, I also give them verbal feedback on the problems they encountered and tell them how to solve them.

Completing the lesson within the allotted time and keeping the attention of all the students in a short period of time 2. Try to make the learning process enjoyable by maintaining the classroom environment that does not cause disturbance to the students of other adjacent classes. Try to give a little more time to relatively weak students, even in a short period of time.

Always be ready to explain how it is possible to explain by giving examples if students find it difficult to understand. In addition, it is possible to receive feedback from the students from the performance of the work given by the students.

Lesson Plan 3

When there are more students in the class, it is a big challenge to keep an eye on everyone at the same time and solve each of their problems within the allotted time. Each of the transformation rules must be memorized using a technique that will entertain and educate the students at the same time, but it is also quite challenging to analyze the topics in time while keeping the attention of the class. Because transformation is a large and relatively complex topic, boredom easily arises among the students. Therefore, highlight the topic in an entertaining way with various examples to motivate the students.

Be prepared to drop some less important subjects as backup if you are unable to finish the subject within the allotted time. Check the assignments and correct the mistakes and give feedback to the students so they can correct their mistakes.
