After about 1 month I got a call from the RANGS group and invited me for an interview. After some time, they told me that I was selected during the first interview and that the second interview would be with the head of HR, Mr. He asked me a lot of academic questions and assessed my communication skills and my confidence.

Shakawat Mahmud (HR department manager) made me work with and learn from each function. Most importantly, this internship helped me put my theoretical knowledge into practice. Especially because the freedom to work in any part of HRM really helped me learn a lot about HR functions.

It will be much more professional and will motivate the employee and make her feel part of the company. In this way, interns will be able to easily adapt to the workplace and will be able to create connections.

Porter Five Forces

All over the world, customers and consumers are constantly looking to buy high quality goods at reasonable prices. In the auto industry, if a person buys a vehicle, bus or truck, they do it for a long time. In the automobile business in Bangladesh, customers have a wide selection of buses, trucks and cars to choose from, giving them considerable bargaining power.

Every company in the automotive industry strives to sell more products to dominate the market. Rangs Motors cannot offer discounts on their products as Nitol Niloy Motors has a much larger product portfolio.

This part of this report contains various information about the challenges and perspectives for the Assessment Development Center. According to global practice, ADC is one of the most important recruitment processes in the Human Resource department. Therefore, at the end of the session, both interviewers and candidates or employees learn from each other and their different perspectives.

This report will explain the challenges and prospects of the Assessment Development Center and its competitiveness vis-à-vis the regular application process. In short, by reading and analyzing this report, one can become aware of the possible benefits of this development center and implement it with much excellence. He made a list and asked me to arrange all of this and keep it in one place where we can take our materials on the day of the program.

So the voice from the HR department needs to be loud and clear enough to convince them. In this evaluation session, the judging panel is mainly from the highest authority of the organization. But most of the domestic companies, including MNCs in our country, still cannot follow this practice.

Moreover, it increases the brand image of the company due to following the global practices. One of the best ways to satisfy the existing employees is to provide training, healthy communication, discover their strengths and work on them, evaluate their performance and provide feedback for improvement etc. Interpretation: This diagram shows whether employees agree or disagree that the ADC is more efficient and effective than the regular panel interview.

Interpretation: This graph shows the percentage of people who think that the HR department can overcome the challenges of ADC or not. So definitely, we can see, the employees of RML have high hopes from the HR department and ADC program. Interpretation: Last but not least, this pie chart shows the percentage of agreement and disagreement of people about the long-term output of the ADC program.

After observing the challenges and perspectives of the Assessment Development Center, I would like to add some points that may benefit the company. Last but not least, they can make a feedback form and at the end of the program they can give it to the candidates or employees.
