ERA-InfoTech Limited was established in 2002 with the aim of becoming the leading provider of IT solutions and services in the country. ERA has a skilled team of professionals who continuously use cutting-edge technologies to create value for the community and provide reasonable returns to stakeholders. The use of technology in people's daily lives must be transformed to enable communities to improve society.
The company is divided into seven divisions based on two sides to maintain its diverse activities. ERA has been serving many financial organizations and corporate houses in both private and public sectors towards their digital future for the last 19 years. ERA has entered into partnerships/collaborations with some local and international organizations to expand its business.
For its customers, ERA has developed a number of products, as well as provided support for the developed systems and IT services. Its component-based modular architecture enables banks to embrace new technology, products and services in less time and with ease, and it integrates with any solution. Software is available at any time and from anywhere in the world on any device with an Internet connection and in real time online.
A core set of resource management modules that includes finance, human resources and inventory management works together with a number of front office operational modules to deliver an out-of-the-box solution that can work quickly. Since its establishment under the LGRD, ERA has worked with the EBEK initiative to provide solutions for poverty alleviation in rural areas through deposit mobilization, microcredit sanctioning and the formation of cooperative groups. EBEK is currently converted to Polli Sonchoy Bank and ERA is also developing and maintaining its core banking solution.
This wide range of customers requires ERA to include new technology in their products to meet their needs. Even if an employee defies the rules with the best of intentions, it can disrupt the flow of the workplace. ERA has its own set of laws and regulations that must be adhered to in the workplace.
In most cases, minor violations of rules and regulations have little impact on staff. The emphasis on rules and regulations is often flexible, allowing for a more relaxed and expressive atmosphere.

It is the goal of SDLC to develop high quality systems that meet or exceed customer expectations by delivering systems that complete each clearly defined step within planned time frames and cost estimates based on customer objectives. These are the common activities that take place during the software development phases of the project, as summarized below. The system design process assists in the development of the overall system architecture as well as the documentation of hardware and system requirements.
Testing: To ensure that the product fits the needs of the consumer, a code review is required. This model emphasizes obtaining all customer needs early in the project so that each phase of the SDLC can be planned. When the project is known and there are few unknowns, its logical structure and ability to set nearly accurate forecasts for budgets, resources, and timelines make it a popular methodology.
Clients usually don't know exactly what they need at the start of a project, which is one of the model's drawbacks. Testing should be performed after each phase of the plan to reduce the likelihood of the team making mistakes. The following are some of the model's disadvantages: inability to meet deadlines due to rigorous testing and Due to a linear construction, there is a lack of adaptability.
Some disadvantages of the model: Too much customer feedback can lead the project astray. To achieve a set of goals and results, a project management team must plan, implement, control, and terminate the team's activity. Project Questionnaires: The project questionnaire is a series of structured questionnaires designed to quickly collect data from a large group of people.
Project kick-off: The kick-off meeting for a new project is the optimal platform to revive the team and define a common goal to complete the project. Application Development: The processes required to carry out the work specified in the project plan in order to meet the project requirements are called. The project implementation process includes the management of people and resources and the coordination and implementation of project activities in accordance with the project management plan.
The closing phase of the project life cycle is a single operation, but it involves more than just finishing the project. Our project managers then gathered the relevant permissions and scheduled a live deployment session with the technical team to go live with the project.
Recommendation and Conclusion
Recommendation
