INFORMATION FOR TENDERER 16 Brief Description of Assignment
Automation of the entire process of BDU’s different department’s activities in paperless environment to serve the staff, teacher and student’s of the university.
Develop a robust secure system which should able to manage human resource, procurement, inventory, accounts, payroll, provident fund, asset management, e-filing, academic and examination services, attendance, leave, overtime, transport, hostel, campus tracking, document management, vehicle management, guest house booking, letter tracker, audit management, online payment and others activities.
Develop a centralized system that provides tight integration with all major modules of the software and with BDU’s existing software.
Implementation of robust secure system to eliminate the current manual unsecure system.
Using this system to improve internal processes of universities activities to achieve efficiency using faster and secure cloud based application and mobile application.
Generate real time graphical and statistical report of all activities.
Provide BI tools for top management and other related staff for monitoring and quick decision making.
Highly saleable and secure dedicated web server and database server.
17 Experience. Resources and Delivery Capacity Required
1. The Consulting Firm (lead bidder in case of JVCA) should have at least 05 (Five) years of working experience in the field of ICT Solutions in Bangladesh.
2. Experience on cloud based projects for development and maintenance support services with training to end user.
3. Experience of completing at least 5 web-based software projects within the last 5 (five) years for GOB.
4. Should have record of working for project not less than 1 Crore Taka in single Government Software as single bidder/ JVCA.
5. Experience of developing application Software for 10,000+ user environment.
6. The bidder should have at least three web based application handling large volume of data (at least 10GB).
7. Must submit valid Trade License, TIN & VAT Certificates.
8. The consultant firm should have valid BASIS membership certification.
9. The firm should be available with the following key technical personnel (Team Leader, System Analyst, System Administrator, Programmer/Developer, Mobile App Developer, Graphics Designer, Tester and QA, Trainer, etc.).
