This project titled "School360 - A complete school, college, madrasah, coaching center management system" which can help the school, college, madrasah, coaching center management to maintain their all activities. School360 is a large database system that can be used to manage your school's day-to-day business. Most importantly, this information can be easily shared with authorized users, records can be easily searched and reports can be easily generated.
To let both parties know what is happening in the computational database and results can be obtained quickly with less error rate. To develop a system, which is mainly web-based, which can be easily used by educational institutes.

It is an educational institute management system that allows teachers, students and parents to connect. Compared to the existing system and our system, it differs from the core of the system. Getting data faster and easier will be a big help for all parties involved.
A system that is easy to use by people with little or no guidance can be handy in times of need.

The main objective of my project is to be a school management system, where it will contain all the necessary features to manage students, teachers and data. It retrieves the manual documents made by an institute and brings all its users under one platform where their required data is almost always, easily available. And by using this, it will make life much easier and get the job done faster.
After logging in, the administrator can add a single student or multiple students using excel, add a teacher. Admin can configure class, subject by class, upload routine for site and admin can also set or reset parent password for student and parents. After logging in, the teacher can enter the exam grade for his class and can enter attendance information for students.
If a parent is identified, they can see their child any type of report (such as: exam, fees and attendance). It also shows the movement and state of data moving from input to output.

This project will use PHP with HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CodeIgniter, Front Page, jQuery Animation, Dream Weaver and any MVC Framework based standard. This architecture focused on the user instead of technology that is more manageable and cost-effective. We used Model-View-Controller (MVC) and Single source repository, multiple instances and multiple database patterns.
As long as the user is comfortable using the machine due to its interactive design, the user can do his job. But if the design is bad, the user will have no idea what to do. Features can be critical; but UX is there to help customers.

Scope of Future Development
A simple yet effective management system capable of handling a large amount of data, thus it is a large database. The system will not only save time but will also provide outcomes with human errors. And most of the processes which were long, tedious and error prone will now become quite easy for the mass group of people of the institutes.

The system was developed using different tools, for this we used PhPStorm, Atom ide and for managing the database we used SqlYog. For the language of the code we used a framework of PHP (CodeIgniter Framework), we used HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, jQuery.
We used MYSQL to query the database and we used WAMP SERVER as our database server. Apache: We have used Apache server for our software ▪ PHP: For server-side development we used PHP ▪ SQLYog: A client desktop application to create, edit and delete database, table, view etc. Requirements Collection and analysis We used some school problems person for our software's requirements collection.
