INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS GOING TO RESIDENTIAL CAMPUS

^Students must complete ^payments through bank deposits.

4.

^{Health Check-up is mandatory} for all RS students, which willtake ^place in UB60301, from January 15 to January L8,2A23 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

5.

Students rnust submit the fully completed RS Forms l, ll, Ill, lV and V, along with a photocopy

of

health card, five copies of passport size photos. grade sheet, a copy of the payment slip and

two

copies of lD card {updated} to the staff available in U810201 and UB102OZ at Mohakhali Campus from 10.00 am to 4,00 pm on January 15 to January L7,2O23.

^{TRANSPORT will leave} from Mohakhali Campus towards Residential Campus on Friday January 27,2023 at 10.00 am. Students will not be allowed to avail Brac University transports or enter Brac University Residential Campus without wearing or showing their lD Cards.

7.

Students must REACH and REPORT to Residential ^Campus between l0am and 5.30 pm on Friday, January 27,2A21and they must register their names according to their dormitories and roem allocation.

8.

Students are reguired to attend ^CAMPUS ORIENTATION at 10.00 am on Saturday,Ianuary 28, 2023 at Anandapur, Residential Campus.

9.

^{CLASSES will} begin in person on Sunday, January 29,2023.

10. Rooms two or four seats will be provided for the students in the dormitories. Students may select their own roornmates" However, during

subrnission

of

health card and students'/visitors' profiles, all two/ four students for a particular room must be present and take part ⁱⁿ the lottery to ^get their roorns. Phone calls/applications wiil not ^be entertained while selecting roommates if someone is absent. A health card will be provided during the health checkup.
