To improve the service quality of the employee, a supervisor must attend to their well-being and concerns. Employee service quality is considered an essential variable for the organization as the quality of the product depends on the service provided by these employees.

Conceptual Framework

Framework Used for Organizational Understanding

Influence - this motive is characterized by the concern to influence others, the desire to get people to do what they think is right, and the urge to change situations and develop people. Expansion – this is characterized by concern for others, an interest in superordinate goals, and a drive to be relevant and useful to large groups, including society at large.

Research Design

Control - it is characterized by a concern for order, the desire to be and stay informed, the desire to monitor events and take corrective action when necessary, and the need to display personal power. Affiliation - characterized by a concern for establishing and maintaining close personal relationships and an emphasis on friendship and a tendency to express emotions.

Research approach

Here we have divided the work climate into two main segments, namely service climate and supportive management. In this study, we tried to find out whether there is any relationship between these measured variables or not.

Survey Instrument

Here, perceived organizational support, supervisory support, and work climate as independent variables are treated as the dependent variable of employee service quality.

Data Collection Procedure Primary Sources

Data Analysis

After collecting the data, Pearson's correlation matrix was prepared for the variables and the researcher searched for significant correlations. The researchers used descriptive, correlations and regressions to test the strength of associations between the studied variables.

Research Findings

  • Reliability and Descriptive statistics of the Instruments
  • Correlation Analysis
  • Stepwise Regression Analysis
  • Assessment of research hypothesis
  • Conclusion

This means that out of a large number of predictor variables, a small subset of variables can explain most of the variation in the criterion (dependent) variable. The leadership of the origins is approachable and is sensitive to the needs of the employees.

The Suitability of Corporate Governance Models in Developing Asian Economies

Research method

The reason for this is that several international studies have investigated various aspects of the implementation of corporate governance, while there are only a small number of studies on corporate governance in Thailand, where corporate governance is a relatively new phenomenon. The review in this paper draws on the knowledge base from several disciplines to build a view of the influence on corporate governance.

Literature review

Solomon and Solomon's (2004) study of the case of the fall of Enron illustrates the importance of good corporate governance. A round of reforms in the form of the Australian Corporate Law Economic Reform Program (CLERP 9) in 2002 quickly published a new set of requirements for companies registered in Australia (Clarke, 2004).

Export-Led Development Hypothesis: The Case of Singapore

Johansen and Juselius' (1990) methodology requires estimation of the VAR equation (1) and the residuals are then used to compute two likelihood ratio (LR) test statistics that can be used to determine the unique cointegrating vectors of Xt. The empirical results reveal that other variables (such as capital/investment, terms of trade and foreign output shocks) also matter for the growth of Singapore's GDP and real exports over the study period.

A Cross-Border Travel for Healthcare Services: Bangladesh to India

Given the entrepreneurial opportunities in providing complex healthcare medical treatment to overseas patients (Caballero-Danell & Mugomba, 2007), private hospitals such as Apollo with its branches across India and abroad including in Bangladesh, Wockhardt, Asian Heart Institute in India with the government support, offers complex modern invasive surgeries and non-invasive treatments (Bookman & Bookman, 2007; Singh, 2008; RNCOS, 2010). This exploratory research draws together the medical tourism literature with the findings of the exploratory study of cross-border medical travel for healthcare from Bangladesh to India. Self-administered questionnaire was then distributed to medical patients as consumers of medical services (N = 1282 participants) traveling from Bangladesh to India for medical treatment.

Thus, there was a bias in the sample in favor of those who went to India primarily for treatment. This research provides insight into why patients from Bangladesh travel across the border to India for treatment.

Needs of Information and Communication Technology for Emerging Capital Market in Bangladesh: An Empirical Study

Ups and downs of the capital market due to misleading information or lack of information. 2009) would argue that ICT has a positive and significant influence on the development of the capital market in developing countries. The effect is mainly seen in the availability of information to investors and the improvements in the exchange's trading patterns.

Both the primary market for new issues and the secondary market for existing securities are part of the capital market. The correlation between the attitudes of the participants and the management of DSE & CSE on the existing use of ICT in the capital market is positively correlated (Table-04).

Impact of Internet on rural economy in India: A Case Study

Participation is viewed pragmatically and ideologically – something that promotes efficiency, satisfaction and progress, but which is also morally right' (Mumford 1984). The role of modern communication technology towards social development and its improvement is studied by several researchers , 2002; Madon and Sahay, 2002). The aim of this research includes an investigation into the use of internet technology in social development and agriculture. A large part of the Indian population lives in rural areas and is engaged in agriculture.

After this, the value of the transaction is calculated and the farmer comes to collect his cash from the agent's office. The model of e-Choupal was conceived by the Agri business division of ITC to make the supply chain more efficient and to be able to deliver value to all its customers on a sustainable basis through redesign and not reconstruction. specifically designed to overcome the distinctive features of Indian agriculture discussed above, namely fragmented farms, poor infrastructure and the involvement of numerous middlemen.

EFL Pronunciation: Why is it a Peripheral Skill?

However, several factors can be identified as responsible for the current peripheral status of EFL pronunciation in the curriculum and syllabus. First, the absence of EFL pronunciation in the curriculum and syllabus is indicative of the fact that the curriculum and syllabus designer arbitrarily, deliberately and/or ignorantly overlooked its importance and avoided its inclusion. Fourth, the prevailing rivalry between English literature teaching and English language teaching, as experienced in many educational institutions and seen in many English educators in Bangladesh, may have an impact on the design of the curriculum and syllabus without EFL pronunciation.

Therefore, they lack useful strategies or techniques for teaching EFL pronunciation in the classroom. Moreover, the curriculum and syllabus as well as the materials used for example for the students at the SSC and HSC level in Bangladesh rarely contain any part of the EFL ruling.

Human Resource Accounting Techniques in Bangladesh: The case of AB Bank Limited and City Bank Limited

  • Non-monetary Measures of HR may refer to a simple inventory of skills and capabilities of people within an organization and to a list of professional credentials of key personnel

The value of the organization is underestimated if the value of human resources is not recognized in the financial statements (Edmonds & Rogow, n.d.). Once human resources are recognized as an asset, the biggest challenge is determining the value of the asset. Some of this information can be difficult to determine, such as the value of service states.

The total standard cost for all company personnel is the value of human resources. However, the experimental part of this paper reveals that none of the companies discloses all items of human resource accounting information.

Medium of Instruction at Private Universities in Bangladesh

A Reflective Analysis

In this case, it is emphasized that Bangla should be used instead of English to improve learners' performance. It was found that most of the learners do not like English as the language of instruction in the class. The policy of using English as medium of instruction in private universities needs to be reviewed, even for English language courses, as it can be an unhelpful language barrier.

Does the university where you teach have English as an official language (lecture and interaction/discussion in class). If you answered yes to question #2, why do you think the private universities in Bangladesh have made English the language of instruction in the classroom?

Human Resource Accounting – A Look into the Theory

It can also be referred to as human resource management accounting i.e. the application of accounting to the management of human resources. The concept of human resource accounting can basically be examined from two dimensions:. i) the investment in human resources; and (ii) the value of human resources. The excess of the value of future human resources (according to (1) above) over the value of future payments (according to (2) above) is determined.

This will be the value of the company's human resources. f) Hekimian and Jones competitive offer model. According to this method, groups of human resources should be evaluated by assessing their contribution to the total economic value of the firm.
