Job Description
During my internship, the role required screening almost five thousand CVs and created a strong pipeline of talent for several vacant positions. Under the supervision of line manager Arif Hossain and HR executive Farjana Islam Esha all tasks are completed. The role requires assistance in supporting the ARLA MENA (Global) region team in talent acquisition such as coordinated PI (Predictive Index) testing, interview planning and scheduling for global candidates, screening calls and more.
An employer branding task was then also included to attract and retain potential candidates for the organisation. In addition, the role also required planning their monthly content for their “Life at ARLA” career page and dealing with suppliers was also part of this task. A global search for candidates for positions at Arla Foods was also conducted and the talent acquisition team helped conduct the rigorous research and interviews necessary to choose the best candidates.
And finally, contributions were made by the HR team in the Administration department, such as town hall festivals, to celebrate Arla's success.
