The first three months after joining as an intern, this training is imparted to the officials under MRD to ensure the efficiency of the company. This is the instructor-led training session where we are given specific demonstrations of materials and the product's mode of action. Depending on the approach field, employees must describe the process and procedure of the target.
Initiatives are introduced in a flowchart and diagram to maintain the flow of the organization's objectives. That is why the methods are presented in a simple way, presenting the basic ideas of the goal, especially for the field level beneficiaries such as farmers and stakeholders. The focus of the seminars is to establish the perspective of animal nutrition and nutritional supplements (ANFS) in general.
It is important to maintain data information of the industry and make it available among the members. One of the most important sectors of the economy is agriculture and the increase in people leads to higher consumption of protein and nutrition in their agriculture.

The focus of the organization is to produce the best quality pharmaceutical products like premix, vitamins and mineral supplements in Bangladesh and worldwide. To ensure the production of safe animal and poultry meat, Tassel Agrovet was established under category-2 with 5 nutritional products in Bat tala, under Gharinda union of Tangail in 2019. Initially the business of Tassel Agrovet in 03 Upazilas of Tangail- district begins. (Sakhipur, Bhuapur and Ghatail).
The organization started its journey around 2019-2020 focusing on animal nutrition and feed development, drug delivery and research. The Tassel Agrovet Ltd administration consists of all the company's key officers who deal with various branches. Marketing representatives take the products to rural areas and also recommend doctors to prescribe the animals.
Scientific officers manage the scientific process, analyze the data and train others in how to use the laboratory equipment. The Accounts Clerk works on the organization's overall financial activities, such as paying and sending bills, tracking total expenses, and liaising with customers about all invoices and transactions.

Laboratory Observation
I have categorized my field of work into three sequences during my practice based on my observations and findings. Promotion of pharmaceutical products was one of the most critical phases I experienced during my internship month. My persuasive activity and insights during discovery and training helped me identify how the organization promotes products to the market from manufacturers and distributors.
It is difficult to market a product when there are many competitors, especially in this pharmaceutical industry. Furthermore, from my research, I have found that the products are sufficiently available to carve out a place in the market. The EMP 101 course taught me how to make proactive decisions. During the product marketing session, I was able to easily sync my decision making with the organizational team.
During the training with interns, I developed a special communication skill. Communication with internal and receivers is too important. When I spoke about this course, I realized that one of the most important things is maintaining etiquette in the professional sector. I experienced the need to go outside the box to better present pharmaceutical products.
During my internship at Tassel Agrovet Ltd, I learned a lot of official etiquette that I would never have experienced if I wasn't there for work. Nevertheless, my internship at Tassel Agrovet helped so much to develop my behavior and skills as an employee. During my internship, one of our in-house trainers was a foreigner named Mercy Miyang Tembon. Learning English speaking and pronunciation helped me a lot to communicate with him.
Studying and developing speaking and pronunciation skills at my academy helped me a lot in this case. The label with the instructions and the method of use of the medication must be written in English. It was difficult to present enough data in the project documentation in a short time frame. More critical information could be added.

Very soon, the pharmaceutical organization will be faced with a hugely competitive market due to the rapid growth of the pharmaceutical industry in this country. In this case, bacteria, viruses, fungi or parasites change their senses and do not respond to drugs. Tassel Agrovet will need more laboratory facilities in the future to compete with many pharmaceutical industries.
The global pandemic is a threat that can torment the organization's development for a long time. I recommend applying more technologies in the training procedure. This will make it easier for the marginal farmers and entrepreneurs. This report reflects my participation and observation at Tassel Agrovet Ltd, a pharmaceutical company in Bangladesh.
This is my first time working with a company and my overall experience was very exceptional and factual. I have learned a lot of facts from the organization. I have learned the pros and cons of a business and I think the whole process will help me in my professional career.
