Throughout the period of my internship work, I have received considerable help from various hostels, which I would like to do here with deep gratitude and innumerable pleasure. I am Srabonti Das an honor student of Daffodil International University and I have just finalized my final year internship on a very reputed company Metal Plus Ltd. In this director I tell what I absorb about actual ground installation and working procedures of data and internet discussion about Metal Plus Ltd, in my internship period.

Metal Plus Ltd carries out conservation activities for every telecom company in Bangladesh such as Grameenphone, ROBI, Airtel and Banglalink. During this internship period I will delve into the working procedures in a NOC and maintaining the network. During my internship I learned how to work at a NOC and how to maintain the network 24/7.

My internship apartment is Metal plus ltd, which corporation is in the business of preserving every telecom company's network tower all over Bangladesh.

Organizational Structure

It was formed to act as a distributor of Bosch fuel pumps in Bangladesh and provide related services. From July this year, Metal diversified its business by introducing labeling of Eicher Engines powered diesel generators, its group Metal Plus Limited. From January this year, Metal entered the telecommunications sector as its service provider through Metal Plus Limited, thereby further diversifying.

To meet the huge demand for original parts for both TAFE and Eicher Tractor in Bangladesh, a separate company of Metal Parts Limited was opened in April this year. At the same time, another company Metal Agritech Limited was also introduced to carry out labeling and sales of various types of AGRO machines in Bangladesh. The sale of each machine by Metal (Pvt.) Limited can help up to 20 non-machine indebted farmers in the community for increased production through machine service support.

They provide a highly active cost effective BTS maintenance service to any telecom group in Bangladesh. SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) is a background used to evaluate a corporation's vacant position and advance premeditated planning. A SWOT analysis is intended to facilitate a representative, fact-based, data-driven look at the strengths and weaknesses of an association, its industries, or an industry.

The association requirements to keep the analysis correct by bypassing preconceived opinions or gray areas and alternatively focusing on real situations. The managing officers are the strengths of the Company as they have years of professional knowledge, expertise and qualifications that help them to work and take Metal plus Ltd. Metal has so many branches across the country that offer the best service possible.

All the branches are located in convenient places and they make sure that the branches are highly protected so that the customers feel safe while providing the services. In the Power Division sector, many companies want to accept the help of our company, which is noticeable. An organizational structure is a scheme that summarizes how positive activities are absorbed to achieve the goals of the association.

Here in Dhaka area total site down is 7, and M+ issues means site down for Metal Plus and GP issues means streaming or other issues which may not be for our company. Here our three areas Dhaka, Rajshahi, Sylhet and their sub are below summer details with forecast time. In the comments section we mention the reason the site went down and how long it has been down.

Shown here is how many sites are down and how many PGs are running with a bar chart. Here we can see how many sites are down and how many BTSs are down and total sites down. We can see sub code, sub center and event time so we can easily define it.

These need IDs from all subcenters and have stare time and clear time and duration minutes and duration hours so we can fix that. Then we need to enter our username again and find the main SEM system. After sorting, I can find a fancy page where we can see the name of the location, the name of the alarm, the name of the seller of the last manifestation, the attention group, etc.

We then detect those alarms and if they are substantial, we escalate this alarm to our sub center by telegram. It was my first office situation, so I have to absorb a lot of office instructions in a very quick period.
