A B S T R A K jaminan karir dan peluang untuk maju akan terbuka.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh Faktor-Faktor Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja (Quality Of Work Life) Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan Pada PT.P.D. Paya Pinang Medan. Di samping itu penelitian ini j u g a b e r t u j u a n u n t u k m e n g e t a h u i f a k t o r m a n a y a n g p a l i n g d o m i n a n pengaruhnya dalam meningkatkan prestasi kerja karyawan pada PT.P.D. Paya Pinang Medan.
variabel bebas Partisipasi Pekerja, Pengembangan Karir, Keselamatan Kerja, K o m p e n s a s i y a n g l a y a k m e m p u n y a i p e n g a r u h y a n g s i g n i f i k a n t e r h a d a p variabel Prestasi Kerja, berarti hipotesis major dari penelitian ini diterima. Berdas arkan nilai Standarized Coefficient diketahui bahwa sec ara parsial variabel Komp ensasi memiliki pengaruh y ang dominan, berarti hipotesis minor dari penelitian ini diterima.
Nilai signifikan F pengujian hipotesis major adal.ah sebesar 0,000 bila dibandingkan dengan taraf nyata = 0,05 berarti nilai signifikansi F lebih kecil dari taraf nyata = 0,05. lni menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama v a r i a b e l b e b a s P e n y e l e s a i a n K o n f l i k , K o m u n i k a s i , K e s e h a t a n K e r j a , Keselamatan Lingkungan, dan Kebanggaan, tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang s i g n i f i k a n t e r h a d a p v a r i a b el P r e s t a s i K e r j a , b e r a r t i h i p o t e s i s m a j o r d a r i penelitian ini diterima.
Koefisien determinasi (R2) hasil regresi adalah sebesar 0.609. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas (independent variable) terhadap v a r i a b e l t e r i k a t ( d e p e n d e n t v a r i a b l e ) d a p a t d i j e l a s k a n s e b e s a r 6 0 . 9 % , sedangkan sisanya sebesar 39. 1% merupakan pengaruh dari variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

If the company treats employee as production factor, usually the s a l a r y a n d t h e s a f e t y a r e l e s s t h e n e m p l o y e e ' s a b i l i t y e x p l o i t a t i o n . I f employee are treated as assets or strategic partnership company, then usually the salary, carrier development and opportunity are better. This research aim to know the influence of Quality Of Work Life to Work Achievement at PT.P.D. Paya Pinang Medan. Despitefully this research also aims to know which variable is most dominating its influence to the work achievement at PT.P.D. Paya Pinang Medan.
Amount of sample used for this. analysis are 204 person who works at Head Office Medan 30 person, 50 at Tebing Tinggi, and 124 person at South T apa n ul i. W i t h d r a w al o f s a mp l e c o n d u ct ed w i t h P ro p o r t i o n a l S t r a t i f i e d random sampling method. Data collected b using questioner, measurement o f V a r i a b l e u s e L i k e r t S c a l e b y 5 ( f i v e s ) , t h a t i s ( 1 ) V e r y A g r e e , ( 2 ) Agreeing, (3) Hesitating (4) Disagree, (5) Ver Disagree. Before conducting data collecting, questioner tested before-hand validity and its by taking 30 (thirty ) responder disseminating for Head Office, but they were not the responder taken as research sample. For the test of validity used by Statistic C o r r e l at i o n p ro d u c t mo me n t a n d r e li ab i li ti e s u se d by Environment, Good Salary, and Proud ness, came from the output program SPSS 11.5. Technique Analyze Multiple Regression Analysis. Its mean to test used by major Hypothesis of F test and to test Minor Hypothesis of t test at real level = 0,05.
Determinacy coefficient (R )result of regression is equal to 0,609. This matter indicate that variable independent can influence 60,9 % to variable dependent decision of work achievement. While the rest equal to 39,1 % representing influence from other independent variable that are not checked.
