into 4 groups: Group 1 normal HDL, IMA (+), Group 2 normal HDL, IMA (­), Group 3 low  HDL, IMA (+), Group 4 low HDL, IMA (­). The determination of the relationship between  variables needs Chi­Square hypothesis test. 

Result: Chi­square test shows the significant relationship between plasma HDL deprivation and  the occurrence of IMA signed by the contingency coefficient of 0.427 with α of 0.05. Odds Ratio  (OD) confirms that the patients with low HDL have the risk of 0.1 times for IMA occurrence in  comparison with those with normal plasma HDL.
