Abstract

M e t ho ds : Th e research was p erf or m ed as exp erim en t al lab orat ory. Th e su b j ect of t h is research w er e clin ical sam p le of Can d id a albican s an d t ak en rand om ly. Th is research u sed 7 t reat m ent grou ps, t h ey w ere st erilized aqu adest as n eg at iv e cont rol, b rewed green t ea wit h concen t rat ion of 60 % , 7 0% , 80 % , 9 0% an d 10 0% ,
also fluconazole 25 µg as positive control. This research was repeated four times.
The p lat e was in cu bat ed at t h e t em p erat u re of 3 7º C for 4 8 h ou rs t h en in hibit ion d iam et er zon e form ed was m easu red . The d at a was analy zed b y Lin ier Regr ession t est t h en con t in u ed b y Correlat ion t est on I BM St at ist ics for Win dows v ersion 20 .
Re sul t s : The d iam et er of inh ib it ion zone increased alon g wit h increasin g
concen t rat ion s, b ecau se high er concen t rat ion of b rewed gr een t ea con t ain ed m ore sub st an ces, an d t h e diam et er of con cen t rat ion of 10 0 % grou p is alm ost t h e sam e wit h diam et er of posit ive cont rol g roup. The r esu lt s of st at ist ical an aly sis u sin g Lin ier Reg ression t est sh owed t hat t h ere are sig nifican t d ifferen ces on seven of t reat m ent grou ps ( p < 0, 05 ) an d t he Correlat ion t est sh ow ed t h at t h ere ar e close relat ion b et ween con cen t rat ion of brewed g reen t ea and t h e d iam et er of in h ib it ion zon e.
