Penulisan laporan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pengelolaan komponen keredaksian, komponen produksi dan sirkulasi serta
komponen personel dari penerbitan Majalah Panghegar News oleh divisi Public
Relations Panghegar Group.
Metode penulisan adalah metode deskriptif, dengan teknikk pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi dan studi kepustakaan.
Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan dalam proses pengelolaan komponen keredaksian, tahap perencanaan isi menggunakan rapat redaksi sebagai langkah awal menentukan target dan gambaran jelas isi edisi selanjutnya. Pada tahap mengarahkan
pengumpulan bahan, menggunakan teknik pengamatan langsung, human source
(narasumber) dan penelusuran dokumen. Pada tahap pengolahan bahan dan penyiapan isi mencakup kegiatan menyusun tulisan, mencetak foto dan menyiapkan ilustrasi. Kemudian pada komponen produksi dan sirkulasi, meliputi proses
pencetakan dengan bantuan publishing agency dan tahap sirkulasi mengurusi
perjalanan produk penerbitan sampai ke tangan pembaca. Adapun komponen terakhir ialah komponen personel, terdiri dari merumuskan pemerian kerja dengan pembagian
job description secara jelas, merencanakan tahapan kerja untuk mendorong setiap personel menjalankan tugas tepat waktu, serta merancang organisasi dan mekanisme kerja untuk mengefektifkan kerja tim.
Simpulan menunjukkan bahwa pada komponen keredaksian, baik perencanaan isi dan pengumpulan bahan teknik yang dilakukan dinilai efektif dalam menghasilkan informasi yang berkualitas. Pada komponen produksi dan sirkulasi berjalan dengan detail dan mengacu pada karakter brand tiap unit bisnis. Pada komponen personel pemberian job decription sudah cukup jelas dan tepat sesuai dengan keahlian setiap personel.

Final project report writing aims to find out management process of the redaction components, a component of production and the circulation and personnel components from The Publishing of Panghegar News Magazine by Public Relations Division of Panghegar Group
The method of writing is descriptive method, with data collection and interviews technique, observation and study of librarianship.
The results of observations showing that management process of the redaction components, the substance of planning process using redactor meeting as an initial step to set target and representasion the contents of the next edition. At the point of collection materials, using direct observation techniques, human source (resource person) and observation of the document. At processing and preparation stage include arranging content writing, print photos and preparing illustrations. Then in production and circulation components, covers the printing process with helped from publishing agency and maintain the circulation phase of publishing products until arrived at the hands of readers. The last component is the personnel component, consists of formulating a work description clearly shared the job description, plan the stages of work to encourage any personnel finishing their task on time, and designing the Organization and working mechanisms to streamline the work of the team.
The conclude show that the reduction components, both of planning the contents and collecting material technique is considered effective in yield information quality. In a component of production and the circulation walk around with detail and refers to each business unit characters brand. In a component personnel granting job decription is clearly enough of each personnel.
