ii ABSTRACT
This study discusses the activities of public relations in developing the image library. The purpose of this research is to learn public relations activities Kanpusda Sukabumi in building the image of the library. As for the method used in this research was the qualitative method. With data collection techniques namely interview, observation, and study of the literature. From the results of research can be noted that the activities of public relations kanpusda Sukabumi in building the image of the library started with 4 public relations process which are: Research, planning, action, and the last evaluation. From 4 of the process resulted in a public relations program that will be used to attract people's interest Sukamanah Village and sponsors. From the results of the evaluation can be seen in the image formed from the community and sponsors is a positive image for the library.
