Studi Deskriptif mengenai Parasocial Relationship (PSR) pada Penggemar Super

Junior (ELF) Berusia 11-20 Tahun di Kota Bandung

Abstract

This research was done to find out the illustration of parasocial relation on Super

Junior fans club (ELF) at the age between 11-20 years old in Bandung. Method used in this

research was descriptive method. Samples were gathered using accidental sampling, with the

amount of sample is 65 respondent. Measuring tool for the research is modified result from

Riva Tukachinsky, Ph.D. about two forms of parasocial relations, and those are parasocial

friendship (PSF) and parasocial love (PSL). The questionnaire consists of 26 items about PSF

and 26 items about PSL, with validity have between 0.244 to 0.756 and reliability have

between 0.923 to 0.926. Results shown that the percentage of Super Junior’s   fans   (ELF)  

between 11-20 years old in Bandung has experienced PSF in low degree and experienced

PSL in low degree, and also experienced in low PSF &PSL profile. The researcher is hoping

that this research gives knowledge about idolizing and so helps you to minimalizing effects

from PSR. To the parents can gives knowledge for consideration to supervise and direct your

children in the case of idolizing.

Abstract

This research titled designing and testing training modules future orientation domain

higher  education  on  student’s  class  of  XI  SMA  "X"  Bandung.  This  research  is  motivated  the  

phenomenon of election of majors in college. The aim of this research is test the training

module future orientation   in   domain   higher   education   on   student’s   class   of   XI   SMA   "X"  

Bandung. Purpose this research is to obtain training modules which tested and can clarify

future orientation domain higher education students class XI SMA "X" Bandung who

measurable through evaluation against level reaction and learning. Sample on this research

is 18 students class of XI SMA "X" Bandung with future orientation in the domain higher

educations who is not clear and tends not clear. Measuring instrument which used is

questionnaires future orientation domain higher education who compiled by the researcher

based on theory future orientation from Rachel Seginer (2009). Validity of measuring tool

ranged between 0.33 to 0.70 and reliability 0.74. The results of research showed that most of

the   student’s   class   of   XI   SMA   "X"   Bandung   showed   increase   clarity   on   future   orientation  

domain higher education and positive reaction against the training. Module this training has

been been tested through level the reaction and learning in increasing clarity future

orientation domain higher education students class XI SMA "X" Bandung. Suggestions

theoretical for the next research is perform revision on the module and LKS sessions one

(motivational) and conduct research using method time series or experimental. Suggestions

for students class of XI SMA "X" Bandung is expected can apply things that obtained during

training and run the action plan who has been made at the end of the training to help choose

majors in college. Suggestions for school especially the team Guidance and Counseling can

use the information which obtained from results of training to help students class of XI SMA

"X" Bandung in choosing majors in college.

Abstract

The research was quantitative corelational, which objectives included explaining

relations between two variables. The data was gathered using questionnaire. Had self efficacy

for great willingness to survive on organization been a thing that should belong by teachers,

remembering their all job connected by education,, their demand has to give lessons with

well, so the students would not get surfeit and bore, and got involved to built the organization.

The goal of this research was to know was there connecting between teacher self- efficacy

(TSE) and organizational commitment where teachers belong. Researcher used 54 teachers

from Kindergarten and Elemantary National Plus as research subject. Sample taken from

population with Purpose Sampling method. And to measured  the  self  efficacy  used  teacher’s  

self efficacy dimensions, then to measured organizational commitment used components of

organizational commitment. Validity and reliability test for self efficacy known had total item

validity correlation between 0,546 until 0,783 with reliability value as 0,923. For

organization commitment known had total item validity correlation between 0,306 until 0,645

with reliability value as 0,796. Base on result data analysis with Pearson technique

correlation (2-tailed) known significan value as 0,037 with signification degree as < 0,05 for

TSE with Affective Commitment and significan value as 0,318 with signification degree as >

0,05 for TSE with Continuance Commitment and significan value as 0,015 with signification

degree as 0,015 < 0,05 for TSE with Normative Commitment. For further research, it can

further investigate the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment

to the creation of the model. It is suggested to teachers for training or personal development

and can accept input and obey school rules that have been determined.

Hubungan Dukungan Suami dengan State Anxiety pada Wanita Hamil

Primigravida Trimester Ketiga di RSIA “X”  Kota  Bandung

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the relationship between husband support

and State anxiety among primigravidal pregnant women in the third trimester in Bandung

using correlational method with survey techniques. Participants in this research are women

who were pregnant for the first time, doing a routine check-up at RSIA "X" Bandung, the third

trimester of pregnancy with age 20-35 years. The sample size in the population according to

the criteria are 30 women. The instrument used is State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, made by

Spielberger with validity start from 0.4 to 0.8. Instrument for measuring husband support was

taken from the theory of Social Support by House and Sarafino, with validity start from 0.4 to

0,8. The results showed that the relationship between husband support and State anxiety

obtain correlation coeficient 0165, which means there is no relationship between husband

support with State anxiety among primigravidal pregnant women in RSIA "X" Bandung,

which means the State anxiety appeared by another factors besides husband support.

Modul Pelatihan Academic Self-Efficacy dalam Presentasi dan Public Speaking

Abstract

This article is intended to explain the development of the self-efficacy degree of the

students at Maranatha Christian University, Bandung in giving presentation and public

speaking. The reasoning that encompasses this study was the various problems that come

from the lack of the self efficacy on the students when they have to do a public speaking in

class. The training itself was an intended efforts to strengthen cognition and affection aspects

of  the  students,  based  on  Bandura’s  (2002)  theory  of  Academic  Self  Efficacy.  Previously,  this  

training module has been tried out on the students of the Faculty of Psychology, Maranatha

Christian University. The result that comes from that try out: after participating in Academic

Self  Efficacy  training,  the  degree  of  the  student’s  self  efficacy  has  risen  on the majority of the

training participant. Academic Self Efficacy training encouraged the participant to integrate

their experience, to know, and understand their mastery experience, vicarious experience,

verbal persuasion, and psychological and effective states aspects. This process leads to the

development of the self efficacy of the student participant. The rise of the self efficacy degree

was identified on the development of the choice, efforts, persistence, and psychological and

affective states aspect of the students. Based on the data from that training, this article

advises that ASE (Academic Self-Efficacy) training is used in other Faculty to increase the

self-efficacy degree of their students to make them excel more in giving presentation and

public speaking.

Abstract

This research titled is Descriptive study of The Five-factor Model of Personality for

adolescent in their 15-18 years old, and the purpose is to obtain an overview of the five-factor

models of personality and interrelated between the fifth trait, neuroticism, extraversion,

openness, agreeableness, and conscientiousness at adolescents aged 15-18 years. Design of

this research is descriptive. Target of population is adolescents aged 15-18 years and they

are in their formal education. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling, with a

sample size of 225 adolescents. A study based on the Five-Factor Theory of Robert R.

McCrae and Paul T. Costa. The measurement of this research was adapted from the Big Five

Inventory (BFI) based on the concept of the above theory. Obtained 45 valid items with a

value of correlation between 0:30 - 0748, and reliability for each trait between 0645-0795.

The five traits data were analyzed using statistical techniques percentage and correlation of

Spearman. The conclusion of this study are adolescents have the trait neuroticism lowest

degree than the four other trait, and has a trait openness to the highest degree compared to

four other trait. Adolescent who have high degree with trait extraversion category as 56.45%

and 59.1% of adolescents have agreeableness trait at a low degree. The highest correlations

between agreeableness and conscientiousness trait, equal to 0.503. The theoretical suggestion

of this research is conducted to longitudinal studies on how the composition of the fifth

degree adolescent trait in adulthood and how each trait affects the degree of stress on

individuals in various domains of life. Parents and teachers are suggested to be able to

directed the behavior of adolescents with giving the attention to the uniqueness of adolescents

in terms of their trait. Besides providing training on adolescents to express their trait

appropriately in certain circumstances.
