REGIONAL I, MEDAN
Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel reward dan punishmentterhadap disiplin kerja karyawan pada PT. Telkom Regional I, Medan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif asosiatif. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan nilai signifikansi 5%. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Hasil analisis data dengan metode analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwareward (X1) dan punishment (X2) secara bersama-sama positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi disiplin kerja (Y) dengan koefisien regresi X1= 0,582, dan X2=0,452. Pengujian Fhitungdiperoleh sebesar 30,959 lebih besar dari Ftabelsebesar 3,155. Hasil uji Thitung menunjukkan untuk reward (X1)=6,861 punishment(X2)=2,750. Variabel reward dan punishment mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan pada PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional I, Medan. Secara parsial dapat dilihat bahwa factor reward yang paling dominan mempengaruhi disiplin kerja karyawan PT. Telkom Regional I, Medan. Sedangkan koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai R sebesar 71,9 % artinya reward dan punishment memiliki hubungan yang erat terhadap disiplin kerja. Nilai R Square=0,516 artinya reward dan punishment secara simultan mempengaruhi disiplin kerja sebesar 51,6%.

THE INFLUENCE REWARD AND PUNISHMENT OF EMPLOYEE LABOR DISCIPLINE AT PT. TELKOM INDONESIA REGIONAL I,
MEDAN
The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of variable reward and punishment to discipline employees at PT. Telkom Regional I Medan. This research is descriptive research associative. Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with a significance value of 5%. The data used are primary and secondary data. The results of data analysis with multiple regression analysis showed that the reward (X1) and punishment (X2) together positively and significantly affect the discipline of work (Y) with a regression coefficient X1=0,582 and X2=0,452. Testing Fhitung obtained was 30.959 greater than Ftabel at 3.155. The test results showed Thitung to reward (X1) = 6.861 punishment (X2) = 2,750. Variable reward and punishment have positive influence and significant impact on the discipline of employees at PT. Telkom Indonesia Region I, Medan. Partially it can be seen that the most dominant factor influencing reward work discipline employees of PT. Telkom Regional I Medan. While the coefficient of determination obtained R value of 71.9% means that reward and punishment are intimately connected to the work discipline. Rated R Square = 0.516 means of reward and punishment simultaneously affect working discipline at 51.6%.
