Dokumen Business Blueprint ini merupakan suatu dokumentasi kebutuhan fungsional dan non- fungsional dari modul aplikasi untuk mendukung kebutuhan-kebutuhan di area bisnis yang termasuk dalam lingkup implementasi sistem SAP. Dokumen ini juga menjelaskan proses-proses secara keseluruhan yang didukung oleh modul aplikasi dan kebutuhan detil yang mencakup fungsional, data, form, laporan (report), dan interface. Kebutuhan tersebut akan mengacu pada lingkup proyek yang disepakati di Project Charter.
Dokumen ini akan menjadi suatu dasar untuk aktivitas desain teknis, kustomisasi dan testing modul aplikasi SAP di PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III/Pelindo III (Persero) yang mengacu pada Project Charter.

Legend adalah simbol yang menjelaskan aliran proses bisnis yang akan digunakan dalam tiap-tiap
skenario bisnis. Daftar legend adalah sebagai berikut :
Modul Controlling (CO) adalah modul yang digunakan untuk pengelolaan akuntansi manajemen.
Pengelolaan biaya yang dimaksud dapat meliputi alokasi biaya, alokasi pendapatan, koreksi pembebanan biaya dan pendapatan, hingga menghasilkan laporan laba rugi per segmen usaha dan alat usaha.
Di modul controlling, struktur organisasi akan didefinisikan untuk mengoperasikan akuntansi biaya.
Semua transaksi alokasi internal harus mengacu pada objek atau master data di modul Controlling yang berada dalam controlling area yang sama. Di bawah ini adalah struktur organisasi di SAP modul Financial, Controlling, dan Fund Management secara keseluruhan yang digunakan di Pelindo III.
Pada bagian ini akan dijelaskan lebih lanjut mengenai struktur organisasi di SAP dalam entitas
SAP yang berhubungan dengan Controlling yaitu sebagai berikut: Company Code, Controlling
Area dan Operating Concern.
Company code adalah organisasi di sistem yang mewakili legal entity penyedia laporan keuangan baik Neraca (balance sheet) maupun Laporan Laba Rugi (Profit & Loss Statement).
Company code adalah struktur organisasi SAP modul Financial (eksternal accounting).
Pelindo III akan memiliki satu company code di sistem SAP sesuai dengan legal entity-nya yakni PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero). Kode company code yang akan digunakan di dalam sistem SAP adalah 1000 dan company code currency yang digunakan adalah Rupiah (IDR).
1.2 Controlling Area
Controlling area (CO Area) menunjukkan struktur operasi accounting internal di dalam Management Accounting. CO area menggambarkan satuan unit yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data detil transaksi terkait pendapatan dan biaya yang timbul di dalam perusahaan, proses alokasi antar pusat pelayanan (cost center), proses settlement atau reklas antar cost object (internal order ke cost center, wbs element ke cost center, dan lain-lain). Untuk perusahaan yang memiliki lebih dari 1 entitas (company code), CO area dapat dihubungkan ke lebih dari 1 company code dengan tujuan untuk monitoring internal perusahaan di tingkat group perusahaan, dapat meliputi kedua company code tersebut. Aliran data dari Financial (eksternal accounting) dipastikan terhubung ke modul Controlling (internal accounting), melalui relasi tersebut.
Kode controling area Pelindo III adalah 1000. Controlling area currency yang digunakan adalah
Rupiah (IDR). Mata uang ini ditujukan untuk memastikan bahwa semua transaksi yang terjadi
dalam CO Area 1000 ditranslasikan ke mata uang Rupiah. Kurs yang digunakan mengikuti kurs
dari modul Financial. Berikut adalah relasi antara Controlling Area dan Company Code di SAP.
Disamping controlling area yang sudah didefinisikan, Pelindo III juga mengimplementasikan sub modul Controlling Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) untuk mengukur kemampulabaan (profitabilitas/laba rugi) berdasarkan segmentasi usaha. Laba rugi yang dimaksud misalnya laba rugi per customer, laba rugi per profit center, laba rugi per segmen usaha (Tambat, Pandu, Tunda, dll), laba rugi per alat usaha, dan seterusnya.
Untuk tujuan tersebut, maka perlu di-definisikan struktur organisasi di SAP yang disebut dengan Operating Concern. Operating concern dihubungkan dengan CO Area sehingga aliran data yang terjadi di Company Code dan Controlling Area juga terintegrasi ke Operating Concern.
Operating concern currency yang digunakan adalah Rupiah (IDR). Mata uang ini ditujukan untuk memastikan bahwa seluruh transaksi yang mengalir ke operating concern ditranslasikan ke mata uang Rupiah. Kurs yang digunakan mengikuti kurs dari modul Financial.
Kode Operating Concern pada PT Pelindo III adalah 1000 yang mengidentifikasikan Operating
Concern PT Pelindo III. Berikut adalah relasi antara Operating Concern dengan Controlling Area
dan Company Code di SAP.
2.1. Profit Center
Profit center adalah suatu bagian atau unit di dalam organisasi atau perusahaan yang bertujuan untuk mengukur kemampuaan atau kinerja unit-unit di dalam perusahaan. Profit center dapat menampung dan mengeluarkan full set laporan balance sheet dan profit loss untuk unit-unit dalam suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Pelindo III menggunakan profit center untuk merepresentasikan Regional dan Terminal.
Berikut ini adalah gambaran struktur organisasi Pelindo III yang baru:
