THE CONSTRUCTION OF NEW INFRASTRUCTURES, NEW BUILDING, AND FACILITIES THAT INTEGRATE THE BUILDINGS, AND SUPPORTING SITE INFRASTRUCTURES IN TANJUNGPURA
UNIVERSITY
This invitation for prequalification follows the general procurement notice for this project that appeared in Islamic Development Bank (www.isdb.org). Financing No.IND-0168.Issuing date: December 24,2015 and last date of submission March03,2016.
The Republic of Indonesia has received a Finance from the Islamic Development Bank (IDB). It intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract for Civil Works. Tanjungpura University intends to prequalify contractors and/or firms for the Development of One basic laboratory building (3 floors, 4,680 m2), 2 (two) classroom buildings (4 floors, 7,400 m2), 1 (one) main library building (3 floors, 5,270 m2), and
1 (one) multi purpose building (3 floors, 5,130 m2) , which total area of 22.480m2, new infrastructures, and
facilities that integrate surrounding the buildings at Kampus of Tanjungpura University , Pontianak, west Borneo. It is expected that invitations for bid will be made in July,2016.
Prequalification will be conducted through prequalification procedures specified in the Islamic Development
Bank’s Guidelines for Procurement of Goods and Works, May 2009 and is open to all bidders from eligible IDB member countries, as defined in the Guidelines.
Interested eligible Applicants may obtain further information from and inspect the prequalification document at the Procurement Committee of PIU IDB 7 in 1 UNTAN, from 09.00 AM to 03.00 PM local time.A complete set of the prequalification document in English may be obtained by interested Applicants on the submission of a written application to the address below.
Applications for prequalification should be submitted in sealed envelopes, delivered to the address below by March 2016.
