THE CONSTRUCTION OF NEW INFRASTUCTURES, NEW BUILDINGS AND FACILITIES THAT INTEGRATED THE BUILDINGS AND SUPPORTING SITE INFRASTRUCTURES IN
LAMBUNG MANGKURAT UNIVERSITY
This invitation for prequalification follows the general procurement notice for this project that appeared in Islamic Development Bank (www.isdb.org). Financing No. IND-0168. Issuing date: December 24, 2015 and last date of
submission March 7, 2016.
The Republic of Indonesia has received a Finance from the Islamic Development Bank (IDB). It intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financingto payments under the contract for Civil Works. Lambung Mangkurat Universityintends to prequalify contractors and/or firms for the Development of new building for Lecture Theater building (1,575m2), Student Activity Center building (2,805m2), Integrated and Utility Class Room building (1.351m2), Math and Science Laboratory building (440 m2), Social Science Laboratory building (677m2), Lecture building for Faculty of Social and Political Science (3,936m2), Library building (2,695m2), Postgraduate building for Faculty of Economics (2,538 m2), Lecture building for Faculty of Economics (1,575m2), Lecture building for Faculty of Law (2,644m2), Sport Center building (1,000m2) and Auditorium building (7,559m2), which total area of 28.795 m2. Supporting Insfrastructures Site development will consist of land clearance (soil filling), fence and gate, landscape, campus street lighting, fire hydrant system, roads and parking pavements, pedestrian pavement, road separator, storm water drainage, electricity connection, power generator set, and campus power sub- station at Campus Lambung Mangkurat University in Banjarmasin and Banjarbaru. It is expected that invitations for bid will be made in July, 2016.
Prequalification will be conducted through prequalification procedures specified in the Islamic Development Bank’s Guidelines for Procurement of Goods and Works, May 2009 and is open to all bidders from eligible IDB member countries, as defined in the Guidelines.
Interested eligible Applicants may obtain further information from and inspect the prequalification document at the Procurement Committee of PIU IDB 7 in 1 UNLAM, from 09.00 AM to 03.00 PM local time. A complete set of the prequalification document in Englishmay be obtained by interested Applicants on the submission of a written application to the address below.
Applications for prequalification should be submitted in sealed envelopes, delivered to the address below by March 2016.
