First of all, let’s keep praying to the Almighty God, praying in terms of obeying all His Commands with pure hearth and responsibly, and keeping away from all His Prohibition.
Salam and Salawat are always expressed to our beloved prophet, Muhammad SAW, for having made us feel the shine of Islamic Teaching as we have today.
Second of all, I’d like to say thanks very much to the Master of Ceremony (MC) for giving me chance to deliver my speech with the title; Save Our Environment from Global Warming
The Honorable Adjudicators, Ladies and Gentelmen
Environment is everything around us which are biotic and abiotic environment. Biotic environment is everything around us which are alive, for example plants, animals and human beings. While abiotic environment is everything around us which are not alive, for example stone, water, wind, land and etc. In the other hand, global warming is an increase of the average temperature of the earth atmosphere.
Ladies and gentlemen
Global warming is a serious problem that world has today. We have felt it directly in our daily life aware or unaware. I am realy sure that all of us, here, agree that our earth today is getting hotter and hotter. In Lasusua alone, the temperature we feel now is much hotter than

what we felt several times ago. Do you know how could it be?... Yes, it is exactly the effects of global warming.
Global warming has also caused an unpredictable climate change. Our grandfathers some years ago were still able to predict the weather, but what about today? It has been really hard to predict it. Sometime, we predicted that it had been dry season, but still remained raining, or the opposite.
Ladies and Gentlemen
Once more I want to highlight here, that global warming is a very serious problem. It can cause not only hot temperature, or unpredictable climate change, but it also can cause a very huge disaster in ecology and health, for example the melting of ice at North Pole, the raise of sea level which can cause Tsunami and flood, and the breaking of atmospheric ozone.
The atmospheric ozone absorbs much ultraviolet radiation from the sun which is harmful for our health. The ultraviolet radiation is the primary cause of human skin cancer, and the decrease of human immune system. So, to sum up the effects of global warming, I’d like to stress that global warming damage our environments and our health.
Now, I come to a question “what we must do to avoid these global warming?”

Actually, the disasters of global warming can be avoided if all human beings can preserve and pay more attention to the environment whenever and wherever.
Well, to end my speech I’d like to ask you all including my own self to save our environment.
“let’s reduce the carbon dioxides, let’s keep our water,
let’s keep our forest, let’s plant more trees,
and, let’s throw away the rubbish in the right place”.
Well, ladies and gentlemen, I think that’s all my speech, thank you very much for your attention.
