Skripsi ini berjudul The Process of Love Portrayed in Ceclia Ahern’s Novel: Love, Rosie. Skripsi ini membahas tentang proses percintaan tokoh utama (main characters) yang berawal dari persahabatan yang disampaikan melalui proses
kasih sayang, daya tarik dan proses keintiman. Penulis ingin memberikan informasi mengenai proses cinta yang dituangkan dalam novel Love,Rosie kepada pembaca, dan untuk meingkatkan pemahaman mengenai teori Postmodernism. Proses hubungan percintaan diantara mereka menjadi hal utama ketertarikan penulis. Dalam mengerjakan penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif.

This thesis entitled The Process of Love portrayed in Cecelia Ahern's novel: Love, Rosie. This thesis discusses about the process of love through the main characters that begins with friendship which is conveyed as a sense of affection,
intense attraction, and intimacy. The writer wants to give information about the process of love portrayed in the novel Love,Rosie for the readers, and to improve the understanding the theory of postmodernism. Process of love among them being the first thing on the author's interest. In analyzing this thesis, the writer uses qualitative descriptive method.
