DESCRIPTION:

Approx. 3947 cbm. single screw LPG/Ammonia carrier with 2 semi-pressure, insulated, horizontal cylindrical, steel cargo tanks. No. 1 cargo tank in no. 1 cargo hold is 1545 cbm while no. 2 cargo tank in no. 2 cargo hold is 2402 cbm. Cargo shore connections are on the sides of the cargo tank cover approximately amidships, port and starboard sides. Bunker connections are on main deck approximately amidships, port and starboard sides.

Cargo plant: Maximum cargo tank pressure 0.6 MPa (gauge) IGC/ 0.4 Mpa (gauge) USCG, minimum cargo temp. -48°C. Double setting cargo tk. safety valves 0.6/0.4 Mpa (gauge). Cargo system arranged for 2 segregated refrigerated cargoes.

Ammonia, Butadiene, N-Butane, Iso-Butane, Butane-Propane mixtures, Butylenes, Isoprene, Pentanes, Pentene, Propane, Propylene, VCM.

MAIN ENGINE:

One Akasaka-Mitsubishi diesel engine, type 6UEC33LSII, two stroke single acting turbocharged engine, 6 cylinders of 330 mm bore, 1050 mm stroke, MCO 3400 kW at 215 rpm.

PROPELLER:

One KAMOME controllable pitch propeller.

AUX. ENGINES:

Three Yanmar marine diesel engines type 6N165L-EN, four stroke, single acting with turbocharging and air coolers. 6 cylinders of 165 mm bore, 232 mm stroke. Each engine 530 kW at 1200 rpm.

BOW THRUSTER:

One KAMOME bow thruster, type TCA-60ANA, electrically driven. Motor: Nishishiba NTKKC-N315M

Effect: 288 KW.

Electric/hydraulic controllable pitch.

FRESHWATER GENERATOR:

One Alfa Laval Type JWP-16-C50, approx. capacity 10 tonnes/day.

CARGO EQUIPMENT:

Two Hamworthy KSE Svanehoj deepwell pumps type DW 150/150-4-K+1 Capacity:

Each 300 m3/hr. 110 mLC sp.gr. 0.602. Motor: ABB, type M3KP315SMA-4, 130 kW, 1785 rpm.

Two Hamworthy KSE Svanehoj booster pumps type NMB150c. Capacity: Each 300 m3/hr. 110 mLC, sp.gr. 0.602. Motor: ABB, type M3KP315SMA-4, 130 kW, 1785 rpm.

Two cargo refrigeration units at 506MJ/hr (gross) each based on fully refrigerated propane, 2-stage compression, seawater temp. +32°C. Loading capacity with cooling is approx. 150 tonnes/hr propane + 16°C, seawater temp. +32°C. Cooldown capacity at sea is approx. 72 hrs. for propane from -10°C to -40°C at seawater temp. +150C.

Two Burckhardt Compression vertical, oilfree compressors, type 2K160-2H, arranged for 1-stage or 2-stage compression with intercooling. Motor: ABB 350 kW, 440 V, 60 Hz, 600 rpm.

One cargo heater, approx. capacity 200 cbm/hr propane from 42°C to -5°C, seawater temp. +15°C.

DECK MACHINERY:

Two Kawasaki hydraulic deck machinery units on the forecastle each

comprising one 89.9 kN x 9 m/min windlass and 2 x 49 kN x 15 m/min mooring winches.

Two Kawasaki hydraulic deck machinery units on the poop deck each comprising 2 x 49 kN x 15 m/min mooring winches.

Each mooring winches has a 45 mm dia x 220 m co-polymer mooring rope on the drum.

One deck cranes for cargo hoses. Make Kyoritsu Kikai Co. Ltd. Lifting capacity 4.0 tonnes at radius 12 m.

One rescue boat/stores crane. Make Ernst Hatecke. Lifting capacity 15 kN at radius 3.6 m situated aft on navigating bridge deck.

STEERING GEAR:
