is all you need to prove you've got top notch turbo power, With new and improved styling, the BOV-RFL remains true to it's roots - it's still really f'n loud!

The science is that when you release the accelerator to

change gear there's a massive increase in back pressure that's going to give you a big lag when you start the next gear.

Designed for high Performance, this Blow off Valve- Type H relieves compressor pressure surge caused by changing gears or backing off the throttle quickly. This valve is an extremely important part of any turbo system allowing quicker turbo spool up between gear changes and greatly increasing the life of the turbocharger.

The BOV Type H provides greater venting flow than the Type S and is designed for turbo charge engines running 10 to 25 psi boost. Each valve is individually tested to hold 30 lbs. of boost. Sizing of the valve is based on flow and not boost pressure

If you need to ask how loud it is, this valve is too loud

for you! Blow Off Valve Type H-RFL comes standard with both a mild steel and aluminium weld-on adapters.

The Blow-off valve is essential to all turbocharged vehicles.

The purpose of this Blow-off Valve Dual Drive is to relieve compressor surge without reducing compressor speed. It controls boost pressure that is built up by the turbo and vents it into the atmosphere when the car is not under load (in between shifts).

This prevents pressure from backing up into the compressor

housing, causing the turbo impeller blade to rapidly stop or even worse, to spin backwards (compressor surge or backspin). Doing so can be potentially destructive to the turbine wheel and shaft. Repeated stress over time can cause eminent damage to the turbo charger and eventually lead to turbo failure. A blow off valve is actuated by pressure changes only, ensuring

quick valve responses and complete closures at idle. Thisblow-off valve not only improves performance and response, but also increases the life of the

turbocharger.

These racing manifolds are made with T-304 stainless

steel, Mandrel bent tubing, CNC Machined Flanges. Each set is tested and dyno'd to make sure the fitment and performance meet our goal.

This Race Manifold is designed for track use and plays a very important role in maximizing exhaust flow for all out performance for your Focus. Construction consists of

T-304 stainless steel

tubing and laser cut flanges measuring a full 12mm thick. We use 1 5/8" diameter mandrel bent runners which merge into our 2 1/2" ID collector for maximum flow.

Since the Race manifold is for track use, it does eliminate the factory

emissions equipment, but it does provide fittings for the EGR Sensors as well as the oxygen sensors. This Race Manifold will give lightly modified cars a good horsepower gain and an increased torque Level.

chassis will twist and absorb a lot of energy created by the force of inertia and gravity. Over the years, it s been proven that a performance vehicle must reinforce the chassis and make a more rigid frame by connecting points in your vehicle that are crucial to the behaviour of your vehicle.

By connecting points in your chassis and reinforcing the frame you are able to channel that energy that is being absorbed by the chassis flex back into your suspension components. Honda Racing Camshafts Stage 2 Model JP-CR-CB

These  Racing camshaft profiles are designed using the latest computerized

valve train and modelling techniques to maximize horsepower and torque. The camshafts are designed utilizing years of racing experience. These camshaft blanks are cast from the same foundries used by auto

manufacturers such as Toyota, Nissan, Honda, and Mitsubishi, and utilize the latest in Japanese chill-casting technology.

These Racing camshafts are ground to exact specification using CNC cam grinding machines and are subjected to hours of performance and durability testing. The Racing camshafts must pass stringent quality control standards that exceed OE requirements.

Stage II: Stage II profiles are more aggressive than Stage I profiles, and are designed for modified engines operating at higher rev ranges.  Stock idle and emission characteristics may be slightly compromised, but fair-to-good driveability allows them to still be used on dual-purpose vehicles. Proper tuning, an upgraded intake system, and an exhaust system are required in order to maximize the potential of these camshafts. Do not use oversized valves.

Universal Mechanical CEL Eliminator Fix O2 Sensor Housing

On ODB-II vehicles (96+), the ECU has two O2 sensors for diagnostic purposes. The first O2 sensor is located before the Catalytic Converter. This O2 sensor is responsible for all the Air/Fuel tuning and is imperative to the operation of the vehicle.

The second O2 sensor is located after the Catalytic Converter. The whole purpose of this O2 sensor is to ensure that there is a functioning catalytic converter in the system. The way it can detect this is to make sure that there is a difference in exhaust gasses between the first O2 sensor and the second. If the same exhaust reading is detected, then the ECU knows that there is either a damaged Catalytic Converter or no Catalytic Converter at all.

The ECU will then trigger a Check-Engine Light (CEL). On some instances, the vehicle will be thrown into a "Null" mode where the vehicle will not go over a certain speed and will be basically rendered useless.

This mechanical O2 fix is basically a way to space out the O2 sensor so that it still reads SOME exhaust gasses but it removes the O2 sensor from the direct flow of the gasses as to make the ECU believe there is a restriction in the exhaust gasses such as by a Cat.

There are always mixed results depending upon the layout of the exhaust system and the tuning of the ECU, however, this mechanical O2 fix is well known for eliminating most CEL s caused by an O2 Sensor.

Some vehicles will need their ECU reset ( for example un hooking the battery for 10/15Minutes would do this)if the CEL is triggered before hand.

Pulleys increase horsepower by decreasing the parasitic effects that factory accessory pulleys have on a vehicle's engine. The pulley's lightweight 6061 T-6 billet aluminium construction reduces rotating weight and increases efficiency.
