 Ciliwung riverbasin is located in 2 provinces :

that daily average discharge flow in 1990 – 1997 are Q max 21 m3/s and Q min 8,9 m3/s. Year in 2000 – 2006 that Q max 80,1 and Q min 0,15 m3/det. Ratio Q max and Q min more than 100.

 Total water volume from the Ciliwung river to Jakarta bay is 500 million m3 / year.

 Ciliwung river has multifunction (Irrigation, water source of industrial, household of utilization, transportation).

 Ciliwung stream is threatned by solid waste household dumping, sedimentation from upperstream, livestock waste, industrial waste.
