REVOCATION OF THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE NO. 407/MPP/Kep/11/1997 ON THE DOMESTIC
PROCUREMENT AND DISTRIBUTION OF WHEATFLOUR (Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 21/MPP/Kep/1/1998
dated January 21, 1998)
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE Considering:
a. that with a view to creating market oriented trade in wheatflour, it is deemed necessary to revoke provisions on the domestic procurement and distribution. of wheat flour;
b. that in this connection, it is necessary to stipulate a Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade concerning the revocation of the Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 407/MPP/Kep/11/1997 on the domestic procurement and distribution of wheatlour.
In view of:
1 . Government Regulation in lieu of Law No. 8/1962 on the trading of goods under supervision (Statute Book of 1962 No. 42, Supplement to Statute Book No.2469);
2. Government Regulation No. 11/1 962 on the trading of goods under supervision (Statute Book of 1962 No. 46, Supplement to Statute Book No.2473);
3. Government Regulation No.1/1982 on the realisation of exports, imports and the flow of foreign exchange (Statute Book of 1982 No.1, Supplement to Statute Book No.3264) as already amended by Government Regulation No.24/1985 (Statute Book of 1985 No.32, Supplement to Statute Book No.3291);
5. Presidential Decree No. 50/1995 jo. Presidential Decree No. 45/1997 on the amendment of Presidential Decree No.50/1995 on the Board of Logistics; 6. Presidential Decree No. 2/1996 on the amendment of Presidential Decree No.
15/1984 on the organisational structures of ministries as already twenty-five times amended, the latest by Presidential Decree No. 61/1995;
7. The Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 29/MPP/SK/2/1996 jo. No. 92/MPP/Kep/4/1996 on the organisation and operational procedure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
8. The Decree of the Minister of industry and Trade No. 230/MPP/Kep/7/1997 jo. NO. 406/MPP/Kep/11/1997 on the amendment of Attachment 1 to the Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 230/MPP/Kep/7/1997 on goods subject to the import trade system.
DECIDES: To revoke:

This decree shall come into force as from February 2, 1998.
For Public cognizance, this decree shall be promulgated by publishing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
