CONCLUSION AND SUGGESTION
6.1. Conclusion
1. EVOO at any dose studied are not lowered the ICAM-1 levels of HFD rats.
2. HFD at dose studied are increasing the eNOS levels of rats.
SUGGESTION
1. Whether the increase eNOS levels in HFD rats treated with EVOO suppress the atherosclerosis is not yet evidence. Therefore a study which observes the relation between increase eNOS levels and the present or the number of foam cells should be done.
